钢轨铝热焊接头断裂失效分析研究

摘    要:针对U71Mn钢轨铝热焊接头发生的横向断裂,对铝热焊接头的外观、断裂位置及断口宏观形貌进行检查,以确定铝热焊接头断裂起源和断裂特征;对其进行扫描电镜观察,以检验断口的微观形貌特征;对其进行金相检验,以确定裂纹源附近的组织形态。根据检验结果分析铝热焊接头伤损的状态、特点及原因。分析表明,U71Mn钢轨铝热焊接头焊缝在高温状态下,受焊接热应力及钢轨纵向拉应力的作用,沿疏松处形成横向热裂纹缺陷,最终造成焊接接头的横向断裂。

Abstract:Research has been conducted on the laterally fractured thermite welded joint of U71 Mn rail in terms of appearance of the joint and location and macrostructure of the fracture,for the purpose of defining the origin and features of the fracture.SEM observation and metallographic test are conducted to examine the microstructure of the fracture and determine the texture near the crack origin respectively.According to the test results,the paper analyzes the status,features and causes of the fractured thermite welded joint.It also shows that lateral hot cracks rise around the welding line of the rail due to welding thermal stress and longitudinal tension stress under high welding temperature and finally lead to joint fracture.
