北京某地铁站蒸发冷凝空调系统实测分析

摘    要:为优化地铁站通风空调系统以实现节能,以北京市某地铁站蒸发冷凝空调系统为研究对象,测试该地铁站的蒸发冷凝结合冷媒直膨式空调系统的实际运行参数,分析配风量及空气相对湿度对蒸发冷凝空调系统的影响,为蒸发冷凝空调系统在地铁站的实际运行及相关研究提供参考依据;同时,对比分析蒸发冷凝空调系统和传统水冷式空调系统的实际运行情况及经济性。结果表明,蒸发冷凝器进风空气相对湿度增加50%,蒸发冷凝器换热量相应会减少28%,蒸发冷凝制冷机组能效系数会降低22%,即空气相对湿度越大,蒸发冷凝空调系统运行效率越低;随风量增加,蒸发冷凝空调系统运行效率先增加后减小;相比于水冷式空调系统,蒸发冷凝空调系统的能效系数比传统水冷式空调系统提高约9.66%,具有较好的节能性及经济性。

Abstract:In this paper, the actual operating parameters of the evaporative condensation and the direct expansion of the refrigerant in air conditioning systems were evaluated, using a subway station in Beijing as an example. The influence of the air distribution volume and its relative humidity on the evaporative condensation air conditioning system were also analyzed. This paper provides a reference for related researches on the actual operation of subway stations. Meanwhile, the operation measurement of the evaporative condensation air conditioning system was compared with the traditional water-cooled air conditioning system. The results show that the relative humidity of the inlet air of the evaporative condenser increased by 50%, the heat transfer capacity of the evaporative condenser decreased by 28%, and the energy efficiency coefficient of the evaporative condensation refrigeration unit decreased by 22%. An increase in the relative humidity of the air led to a corresponding decrease in the operating efficiency of the evaporative condensation air conditioning system. Moreover, the evaporative condensation air conditioning system had a higher energy efficiency ratio in comparison with water-cooled air conditioning system and a 9.66% higher energy efficiency in comparison with traditional water-cooled air conditioning system. Therefore, evaporative condensation air conditioning systems have great potential for energy saving and economic efficiency.
