轨道交通建设规划设计前瞻性研究

在分析中国城市轨道交通快速发展现状的基础上,指出目前轨道交通在规划设计中存在的主要问题,提出城市轨道交通规划设计时应重视前瞻性、科学性。具体包括线网规划和设计标准两个方面,线网规划方面,提出线网规划阶段应统筹考虑轨道交通与城市发展的战略目标,与综合交通相互融合、互通互补,并在线网规模、网络层次、运营组织与周边土地发展协调发展等方面适度超前;设计标准方面,提出应结合城市发展的不同阶段、不同特点,进一步完善、扩充轨道交通设计规范标准,以顺应未来城市发展的需求,更好地实现轨道交通服务城市的价值。

Forward-looking Research on Planning and Design for Urban Rail Transit Development

According to the rapid development and the planning deficiencies of urban rail transit in China,this paper proposes a forward-looking horizon to broaden the perspectives of Chinese urban rail transit constructors,planners and designers.The forward-looking horizon does not only focus on the future-oriented metro network planning,scientific design standards and advanced technology,but also takes the integrated development of comprehensive urban transportation and coordination of city planning into consideration.
