某型发动机曲轴仿真设计与测试研究

摘    要:为提高曲轴样机的工程设计能力,利用AMESim软件搭建发动机性能测试模型,得到发动机主动转矩周期变化曲线,在ADINA有限元软件中将周期性主动转矩动态加载到各个曲柄销,得到曲轴的应力云图和最大应力,计算六阶自由模态,最低固有频率在激励频率之外,满足避开共振设计要求。在发动机台架上完成整机1000小时混合负荷试验和300小时冷热冲击试验。结果表明,各轴颈的磨损量均小于1mm,未出现明显形变和裂纹、轴颈表面无胶合和塑性变形等失效形式。

Simulation Design and Test Research of Crankshaft for a Certain Engine

Abstract:In order to improve the engineering design ability of crankshaft prototype,the curve of engine active torque cycle is obtained by build a test model of engine crankshaft performance using AMESim software.The periodic active torque is dynamically loaded into each crank pin in the finite element software ADINA,the stress cloud diagram and maximum stress of crankshaft are obtained.The six free modes are calculated,and the lowest natural frequency is beyond the excitation frequency,which meets the design requirements of avoiding resonance.The 1000-hour mixed load test and 300-hour cold and thermal shock test are completed on the engine platform.The results show that the wear amount of each journal is less than 1mm,and there is no obvious deformation or crack,no gluing or plastic deformation on the surface of the journal.
