摘    要:潜艇的排放口结构对排放冷却水的热分布规律有直接影响,因此排放口结构优化对潜艇红外隐身同样具有重要意义。根据计算水动力学和传热学等相关理论,建立了潜艇冷却水排放过程的数学模型,基于标准k-ε模型和有限体积法进行CFD数值模拟。对比分析了圆形、长圆形等不同排放孔形状和不同疏密程度的排放孔排布时,排放口壁温与热尾流温度的分布特性。仿真结果表明,长度方向与航行方向平行的长圆形排放孔和采用交叉排列形式均有利于冷却水热尾流的热量扩散,更有利于潜艇的红外隐身。

Abstract:The structure of discharge port of submarine has a direct influence on the thermal distribution of cooling water,therefore,the optimization of discharge port structure is also of great significance to submarine infrared stealth.According to the theory of calculated hydrodynamics and heat transfer,the mathematical model of cooling water discharge process was established,and CFD simulation was carried out based on the standard k-epsilon model and finite volume method.The distribution characteristics of wall temperature and thermal wake temperature of the discharge port were compared and analyzed,when the discharge holes were arranged with different shapes as circular and oblong,and with different densities of configuration.The results show that the oblong discharge holes parallel to the navigation direction and the cross configuration are beneficial to the heat diffusion of thermal wake and the infrared stealth of submarine.
