纤维缠绕复合材料夹层圆柱壳局部刚度特性分析

摘    要:为探究缠绕工艺引起的纤维交叉起伏对结构局部刚度的影响,本文以湿法缠绕工艺成型的夹芯复合材料圆柱壳为研究对象,通过开展深水静压试验,采集典型区域的32个典型测点应变,得到载荷—应变规律曲线,分析了夹层复合材料缠绕圆柱壳在深水环境下的应力应变状态。研究表明:缠绕工艺导致圆柱壳表层应变呈非均匀周期性分布,环向交叉起伏及螺旋交叉起伏造成结构局部刚度降低,比层合区刚度低约33.4%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of fiber cross-undulation on the local stiffness of the structure,this paper took the filament-wound sandwich composite cylindrical shell as the research object.By carrying out deep-water hydrostatic test,32 representative points’strain and strain-load curves of the composite cylindrical shell under deep water conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the surface strains of the cylindrical shells were inhomogeneous and cyclical distribution,and the circumferential cross undulation and the spiral cross undulation result in the decrease of the local stiffness of the structure,which were about 33.4%lower than that of the laminated zone.
