| 摘 要： | 据统计海上所发生的交通事故80%都是人为因素造成，为提高VTS值班人员的监控效果，加强其对航行人员的警示提醒，3D船舶交通管理系统近些年逐步发展起来，文中通过对3D VTS结构和应用的介绍，分析其在船舶交通管理中对避免人为失误的优势，探讨其未来在海事监管中的发展前景，以期促进港口水域的航行安全。

| Abstract: | According to statistics, the 80% traffic accident happened at sea is caused by people, in order to improve the monitoring effect of VTS person on duty, and to enhance warning function to navigator, the three dimensional VTS is developing in these years. This article introduces the structure and use of 3D VTS, analyzes its advantage to avoid the error caused by people, and discusses the prospects for development, at last hopes the use of 3D VTS will promote the navigation safety. |
