| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the relevant Regulations concerning sea-going vessels operating in the inland waters and suggests that the Maritime Authorities should carry out control inspection directed at identified situations concerning sea-going vessels operating in the inland waters with a view to eliminating the illegal operation of sea-going vessels in inland waters and ensuring navigation safety. |
