| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development situation of China＇s shipbuilding and shipping industries. It points out that there are both challenges and opportunities under the circumstances of the world financial crisis, The author porposes five major measures for the sound development of China＇s shipping industry -to promote shipping industry restructuring and upgrading, to strengthen the super vision over ship safety, to provide excellent maritime servies, to propel the development of shipbuilding industry and to strengthen international cooperation. |
