摘 要: | 以船舶肋骨使用的角钢为对象,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟其弯曲加工过程中旁弯大小与弯曲曲率的关系。利用船用角钢冷弯加工过程的分析模型,模拟角钢正弯、反弯过程中变形情况,并用实验验证模拟结果的可靠性。模拟结果表明:在一定曲率范围内,旁弯有随着曲率增大而增大的趋势;正弯实验中的角钢旁弯大小与模拟的旁弯大小比较接近;反弯实验中的旁弯变形与腹板起皱情况与模拟情况相似。说明用数值模拟的方法分析旁弯的变化是可行的。
