基于设计FMEA的舰船设计质量控制技术研究

摘    要:舰船设计质量是决定舰船最终质量的关键。在分析一般产品设计质量概念的基础上,结合舰船设计及舰船质量的特点,提出了舰船设计质量的概念模型,并分析了影响舰船设计质量的主要因素。综合鱼刺图、FMEA的特点,研究提出了鱼刺图与设计FMEA结合的设计质量控制方法,并采用设计流程卡规范设计过程,提高工作的可追溯性。
