液压系统噪音分析与降噪措施研究

摘    要:噪音问题不仅影响着液压系统的工作性能与使用寿命,还会威胁到舰船的隐蔽性和安全性。文章从液压系统设计的角度,分析了液压系统产生噪音的原因,提出了相应的降噪措施,对几种常见的降噪方法进行了对比分析,为研究液压系统降噪问题提供参考依据。

Abstract:The problem of noise not only affects the hydraulic system’s working performance and the service life,but also threatens the warship’s concealment and safety.This paper,from the perspective of designing for hydraulic system,analyzes the causation of noises of hydraulic system,and puts forward the corresponding measures to noise reduction.Then,several common methods of noise reduction are contrasted and analyzed.Thus,it provides a scientific and viable plan for the research on the noise reduction of hydraulic system.
