摘    要:随着海运船舶的大型化,港口工程向外海发展,建设条件越来越复杂。同时,对工期、质量和造价等方面的要求也越来越高。福建鸿山热电厂煤码头及引堤工程直面台湾海峡,自然条件恶劣,为外海完全开敞式码头。采用工程总承包管理模式,该模式具有职责明确、价格确定、管理高效的特点,其优势在建设过程中得到了充分体现。

Abstract:Along with the trend of ocean-going ships becoming larger and large and the port development going farther off- shore, the conditions for port construction becomes more complicated. Meanwhile, the requirements for construction period, quality and eost are higher and higher. The coal wharf and its jetty for Hongshan Thermal Power Plant faces directly the Tai- wan Strait with severe natural conditions and the wharf is a fully open to the sea. The project is executed with the EPC man- agement mode, which is clear in responsibilities, fixed in contract prices and efficient in project management, displaying fully its advantages in the project construction.
