| 摘 要： | 日照港在进行节能技术改造时,采用了合同能源管理(EMC)模式,既规避了投资压力,又规避了技术风险。介绍了该模式在港口实施的情况及其取得的实际效果。提出了一点思考,即善用"游戏规则"。

| Abstract: | The model of Energy Management by Contract(EMC)has been taken by Rizhao Port as they carry out power-saving reformation,which could avoid both investment pressure and technical risk.This paper introduces the situation and results of carrying out the EMC in the Rizhao Port.It puts out a thought that enterprise should be good at using the "game rule". |
