摘    要:利用CFD数值工具对原型以及减少桨舵间距后的布置进行数值模拟,量化其节能效果,并通过模型试验进行验证。CFD和模型试验结果均表明,减少桨舵间距对于提高螺旋桨推进性能有明显效果。以某3万吨级散货船为例,模型试验结果显示,减少桨舵间距0.5m后,收到功率降低3.1%,航速提高0.13kn。目前市场上运行的三大主力船型中,有相当数量船舶的桨舵间距仍有一定调整空间,表明这项研究成果具有良好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:Based on CFD analysis and experimental study,this paper focuses on the influence of the Gap between propeller and rudder on propulsion performance.Energy saving mechanism,mutual effect between propeller and rudder,and the energy saving data are given.The original location of the propeller and shifting it downstream are simulated respectively with viscous CFD numerical tools,and validated with model test.Results of both CFD and model tests show that decrease of the gap between propeller and rudder,that is,shifting the propeller downstream,is prominently helpful to increase the propeller efficiency.Model tests show that after shifting the propeller downstream,the 30000DWT bulk carrier’s propeller efficiency increases 3.1% and its speed increases 0.13kn.It is shown through a comprehensive investigation that there is some adjustable space for the gap between propeller and rudder in a lot of container ships,oil carriers and bulk carriers,which indicates that the results of this paper have significant application value.
