| 摘 要： | 通过分析船舶在我国沿海航行能见度不良时的碰撞案例，对驾驶员疏忽嘹望、未以适合当时环境和情况的安全航速行驶，对雷达目标判断失误并随意采用向左转向等问题展开探讨。提出能见度不良时安全驾驶船舶应保持正规的嘹望，控制好安全航速，加强雷达观察与操纵以及正确采取改向避让等措施和注意事项，以确保船舶航行安全。

| Abstract: | The examples of ships crash in the bad navigation visibility area were analyzed. The main causes included missing of look-out, improper safe navigation speed, false judge to radar target and optional turn into left. The author expounded the measures of safe maneuver of ships and the points of attention through proper look-out, safe speed control, radar observation and operation, and alteration of course for avoiding collision in restricted visibility to ensure the safety of the navigation. |
