摘    要:解析导纳功率流计算法不适于复杂结构,基于有限元的功率流计算方法适用于各种复杂结构。但直接采用有限元法计算复杂结构效率很低,本文提出基于组件有限元技术的功率流计算方法,应用组件技术提高有限元功率流法的计算效率,并从计算模型大小、计算效率和计算精度等方面对组件计算法和直接有限元法作比较,结果表明通过合理选择组件类型和保留的子结构模态数,可以满足精度要求,而计算效率大大提高。最后在组件功率流计算基础上,应用优化软件iSIGHT作隔振系统优化设计,对优化参数作灵敏度分析。该方法具有工程参考价值。

Abstract:The traditional calculation method based on mobility theory can not apply to most complicated structure.Vibration power flow calculation based finite element analysis applies to most complicated structure.But its calculation efficiency is low.So component modal synthesis(CMS) technique was used to enhance the computation efficiency.A calculation example was given and comparisons were made for the modal size,calculation time and calculation precision between the direct FEM method and CMS based method.Results showed that by properly choosing of the type of component modal and the number of modals in the synthesis,the calculation precision was high.Besides the great calculation precision,a great deal of computation time was saved.Finally,an isolation system optimization using iSIGHT was done,sensitivity analysis was also performed.The proposed method has considerable reference value in engineering.
