共振弦检测技术在舰船轴系状态监测中的应用探讨

摘    要:文章对应用共振弦检测技术进行舰船轴系状态的监测进行了初步研究,探讨了共振弦力敏传感器用于轴系状态检测的方法。该技术采用同步旋转非接触方式,将轴体产生的机械性微扭变量转换成相应电气参数频率的变化量,解决了传统的应变片检测因电源波动、环境条件恶劣以及信号传递损失等引起的测量误差和对轴系直径的限制,使轴系状态综合监测成为可能。

Abstract:In this paper, the primary, research on state-inspecting for marine shaft system is conducted and inspecting by force-sensor with resonance chord is also probed, which makes it possible to give a comprehensive monitoring for the state of marine shaft systems. Through synchronise rotary in noncontact process, transfor the mechanical micro twist variable quantity into electric-parameter variable quantity. By this way, traditional inspec- tion by the foil gage can be improved, for error would appear because of fluctuation, bad enviremental condition or signal transfer loss, especially the limit to diameter of the shaft.
