船用离心泵改进的CFD方法研究

摘    要:在工程实践的基础上,通过对振动测试数据的分析,提出了造成某船用离心泵振动偏大的可能原因。基于CFD数值模拟分析方法,对该泵进行改进设计。改进方案的CFD数值模拟分析结果表明,泵内流体流动比较均匀,在设计工况下的运行状态良好。改进后样机的水动力性能满足技术要求,振动水平大幅下降。

Improvement of ship centrifugal pump based on CFD method

Abstract:Based on practical engineering experience, the possible centrifugal pump are put forward from the analysis of the vibration reasons causing large vibration of me stop test data. The design is optimized by CFD simulation analysis method. The results from CFD simulations of the improved scheme show that the flow in the pump is uniform and it operates well under the design condition. The hydraulic characteristics of the improved prototype can meet the technical requirements and largely reduce the vibration level.
