薄壁圆筒结构特性及吊装方法

以浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)单点舱薄壁圆筒结构自身的物理特征为基础,从受力分析的角度设计不同的吊装方案,采用有限元方法对其进行验证分析。围绕满足建造精度的要求对多个方案的计算结果进行对比,选取适宜的吊装方案,取得工程实践的成功。研究结果可供其他类似项目参考。

Characteristics and Lifting Method of Thin-Walled Cylinder Structure

Based on the physical characteristics of single point cabin thin-walled cylinder structure of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), the different lifting schemes are designed from the perspective of force analysis, and the finite element method is used to verify and analyze them. Centered on meeting the requirements of construction accuracy, the calculation results of multiple schemes are compared, and the appropriate lifting scheme is selected to achieve the success in engineering practice. The results can be used to provide reference for other similar projects.
