采用电解海水法制备具有强氧化性的有效氯溶液,基于鼓泡反应器开展模拟船舶尾气湿法脱硝试验,分别研究了电解海水溶液初始pH值、有效氯浓度、用量及NO浓度和SO_2浓度等参数对脱硝性能的影响,并探讨相关反应机理。试验结果表明,电解溶液初始pH值的大小影响其氧化性的强弱;当电解溶液初始pH值为4~6时,电解溶液的ORP在1 000 mV以上,其氧化性较强,NO_X脱除率可达48%;当电解溶液初始pH值超过6时,其氧化性变弱,NO_X脱除率随着pH值的增大而急剧下降。随着电解溶液有效氯浓度和用量的增大,NO_X脱除率呈线性增大。NO浓度的增加有利于增大气液传质推动力,进而提高NO_X脱除率。SO_2浓度的变化对NO_X脱除率的影响较小。研究结果表明,电解海水溶液具有良好的脱硝效果,在船舶柴油机尾气脱硝方面有一定的应用潜力。  相似文献

基于试验级别喷淋反应器,研究电解海水用于船舶废气脱硝的原理可行性。考察电解制备有效氯浓度、初始pH值、NO入口浓度及洗涤运行模式对脱硝性能的影响。试验结果表明:对于非循环喷淋,随着有效氯浓度升高,NO_x脱除率均迅速上升,但当有效氯浓度超过一定值后,脱除率增速变缓。电解溶液pH值对NO脱除率有明显影响,相同有效氯浓度条件下,电解海水初始pH值=7比默认pH值≈8的脱硝效果更好。当NO初始体积浓度从0.025%变化到0.125%时,NO脱除率从19%增长到80%,而NO_x脱除率从14%增长到63%。适当提高有效氯浓度与NO入口浓度,并维持溶液pH值≈7,将是提升电解海水法脱硝效果的有效途径,且脱硝效果将有望满足MARPOL公约附则VI Tier III标准。此外,循环喷淋结果表明,初始20 min内,NO_x脱除率及溶液pH值分别保持49%和6.5以上,占整个循环时间的74%,说明电解海水在闭式循环模式下脱硝持续性较好。  相似文献

为提高有效氯溶液对船舶尾气同时脱硫、脱硝的性能,将紫外光(UV)辐照与有效氯溶液相结合,开展脱硫、脱硝试验。基于UV-鼓泡光催化反应器搭建模拟实验平台,进行UV辐照和无UV辐照环境下氧化溶液脱硫脱硝的对比试验和UV灯的功率、有效氯的浓度等因素对脱除率影响的试验。结果表明:在40℃的气液反应温度下,UV辐照能大幅度提高浓度为250 mg/L[CL2]的有效氯溶液对模拟烟气中NO、NOX和SO2的脱除能力;UV灯的功率从5W增加到16W,NO和NOX的脱除率近乎线性上升;将有效氯的浓度从250 mg/L[CL2]升高至1 500 mg/L[CL2],NO和NOX的脱除率缓慢上升;有效氯溶液对SO2的脱除率始终为100%。此外,对可能的反应机理进行了分析。  相似文献

设计一种利用海水淡化的生成物浓缩海水作为电解海水的原料,通过隔膜电解海水生成强氧化性溶液和强碱性溶液,利用强氧化性溶液与船舶废气中的SOX进行反应,强碱性溶液与船舶废气的NOX进行反应,从而达到废气的脱硫脱硝。为此,设计一套完整的基于电解海水的脱硫脱硝方案,将强氧化性溶液与强碱性溶液通过喷淋雾化的形式喷射出来,与船舶废气发生反应,从而达到废气脱硫脱硝的目的。  相似文献

目前船舶尾气处理技术的研究主要集中脱硫、脱硝、及脱硫脱硝一体化,而忽视了对二氧化碳的处理,本文结合最近兴起的废气再循环技术(EGR)技术,介绍了三种走在技术前沿的脱硫脱碳联合处理技术,通过与EGR技术的结合,真正实现了脱硫脱硝脱碳的全面处理,氨水联合脱硫脱碳技术、钠碱溶液联合脱硫脱碳技术和尿素水解、电解后联合脱硫脱碳脱硝技术都有吸收效果好,耗费资源少,产物无二次污染的特点,在未来船舶尾气处理技术的发展中拥有不可估量的前景。  相似文献

以萘为多环芳烃代表物,采用低温等离子体技术对船舶尾气脱硫后的洗涤水进行处理,研究该过程中萘降解的反应动力学参数,考察臭氧剂量、萘初始浓度、温度和pH值对萘降解动力学的影响。结果表明,低温等离子体技术产生的臭氧降解萘符合假一级反应动力学,反应速率常数随着臭氧剂量、萘初始浓度和pH值的增加而增加,随着温度升高呈现先增加后降低的趋势。  相似文献

以船用国产6135型柴油机为研究对象。使用AVLBOOST软件建立柴油机模型,添加选择性催化还原仿真装置,研究催化器的长度、体积、孔密度等结构参数对柴油机尾气脱硝率、尾气压降的影响。通过研究发现随着SCR催化器长度的增加,尾气脱硝率和尾气压降同时升高;随着催化器体积的增大,尾气脱硝率逐渐提高而排气压降减少;随着催化器孔密度的增加,尾气脱硝率和尾气压降均上升。  相似文献

随着国际海事组织(IMO)标准Tier III标准的实施,船舶柴油机尾气中的氮氧化物(NOx)的排放受到了更严格的限制。选择性催化还原脱硝技术因其高效、可靠等优势成为船舶柴油机NOx减排的主要选择。本文先根据SCR反应机理在MATLAB中搭建一级SCR脱硝系统和二级SCR脱硝系统模型,通过仿真结果对比,发现加入二级脱硝系统后,脱硝率可以得到提高。鉴于BP网络预测精度较低,本文将粒子群(PSO)算法加入到BP权值训练过程中,利用PSO-BP 神经网络预测 SCR-DeNOX系统出口处NOX浓度。结果表明:PSO-BP 神经网络不但可以预测SCR-DeNOX系统出口处的NOX浓度,而且与传统BP 神经网络相比可以提高预测结果的精度,为有效控制喷氨量、降低氨气逃逸量提供帮助。  相似文献

超声波具有的机械效应和空化效应,可以加速化学反应速率、降低反应的活化能,从而提升反应完成率.文中在液相条件下加入功率超声,对通入模拟烟气和臭氧的去离子水进行超声环境下的脱硝实验研究.研究表明:臭氧的添加量是影响脱硝效率的关键因素之一,115℃烟气温度在本试验条件下是液相超声脱硝效率的一个分水岭.液相时,烟气的脱硝效率随NO初始浓度升高以及液体温度的升高而降低,但随着烟气中总氧含量的升高而增大.超声能大幅度提高脱硝效率,且脱硝效率随超声功率的增大而增大.  相似文献

为实现对在航船舶使用燃油硫含量的监管,提高海事执法效率,研究基于无人机的船舶尾气移动监测平台,使用无人机搭载嗅探技术尾气监测吊舱,监测船舶尾气中SO_2和CO_2浓度,从而推算出船舶使用燃油硫含量。通过对航行于上海港的多艘船舶进行实测和推算,比对实际燃油硫含量数据,分析该移动监测平台的实用性以及该平台在船舶尾气监测过程中存在的问题,提出合理化建议。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
