针对海港工程氯盐腐蚀导致的腐蚀问题,在室内电化学脱盐研究的基础上,在湛江港进行了实体工程试验.主要研究了室内电化学脱盐过程中电解质溶液的选取,以及实体工程试验中电化学脱盐系统的设计、安装、调试及运行,进行了电脱盐后混凝土氯离子含量的降低程度及钢筋腐蚀电位的变化情况的测量,最终探讨了电化学脱盐的通电量与排除氯离子量之间的关系,供电脱盐工程应用参考.  相似文献

外加电流方式电化学脱盐能够有效脱除混凝土内的有害氯离子,但对预应力钢筋混凝土结构不适用,存在可能引起氢脆和减小握裹力的危险以及安装施工、管理不方便和在脱盐期间现场需要有专业技术人员进行操作等缺点;使用牺牲阳极方式电化学脱盐法将钢筋混凝土内的有害氯离子脱除出来,可以克服上述缺点,既适用于普通混凝土,又适用于预应力混凝土。研究通电时间、脱盐装置位置以及取样深度对牺牲阳极方式电化学脱盐效果的影响。结果表明,牺牲阳极方式电化学脱盐在工作3个月后仍能有效地将混凝土内的氯离子迁移到外部的活性填充材料中,且在距阳极500 mm处脱盐效率最高,能达到脱除混凝土试件内有害氯离子的目的,其中混凝土试件表层脱盐效率最高可达60%左右。  相似文献

试验结果表明,在常规的脱盐参数下,对混凝土实施新型的钢筋混凝土修复技术-电化学脱盐技术,混凝土强度不会发生明显的改变,混凝土密实性和抗氯离子渗透性能有所提高,但混凝土与钢筋的结合强度会因电化学脱盐而有一定程度的下降,并且其下降幅度将随,脱盐施加的电量及电流密度的增加而增加。  相似文献

青岛一期油码头为高桩墩台结构,通过设置水下套筒的方式对钢管桩进行保护,将墩台表层混凝土全面凿除,对钢筋周围混凝土进行电化学脱盐处理,然后重新浇筑混凝土,以此达到增加码头耐久性、延长其使用年限的目的。本研究可为类似工程提供参考。  相似文献

对已遭受到污染导致钢筋腐蚀的混凝土进行了脱盐,使活化钢筋恢复钝态的防腐技术研究。结果表明,该防腐蚀方法技术可行,在通电脱盐处理后,Cl^-含量下降到了一定值,钢筋腐蚀中止。Cl^-的去除效率与通过混凝土试件的总电量有关,与Cl^-初始含量基本无关。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
