在典型舰船RCS的FEKO仿真数据基础上,提取均值、标准差、变异系数、平滑系数4种RCS数字特征作为BP神经网络的分类特征向量,进行目标分类仿真实验。实验结果显示,由于BP神经网络采用梯度下降法,其初始权值、阀值的随机设置会导致BP神经网络易陷入局部极小,为此,本文研究采用遗传算法对BP网络节点权值和阀值进行优化选择,仿真实验结果显示采用遗传算法优化后的BP神经网络分类识别性能稳定,不易陷入局部极小。  相似文献

对船用组合导航系统中占主要地位的惯导系统进行故障诊断研究,提出了基于遗传算法优化的神经网络故障诊断模型.利用改进的遗传算法对BP神经网络的权值和阈值进行遗传操作,获得具有一定遍历性的初始权值和周值,然后再利用神经网络的L-M训练方法进行训练,克服了BP神经网络搜索速度慢和容易陷入局部极值的缺点,保证了训练过程收敛.对采集到的传感器故障信号进行预处理,故障特征信号作为改进遗传神经网络的输入信号来检测故障.采用惯导系统陀螺仪故障信号进行仿真研究,结果表明此方法可有效地检测故障且提高了系统精度.  相似文献

针对传统BP神经网络存在的缺点,提出基于遗传优化的变梯度反向传播的BP神经网络预测方法,采用遗传算法优化BP神经网络的初始权重,建立路基沉降预测模型。该模型可克服BP神经网络模型存在的收敛速度慢、易陷入局部极小点等缺点。结合现场实测数据,将该优化模型与指数曲线模型、双曲线模型、灰色预测模型和传统BP神经网络预测模型对比,结果表明改进的BP神经网络在路基沉降预测中精度最高,适宜于广泛推广应用。  相似文献

由于交通流预测具有高度的非线性特点,这与BP神经网络能够处理非线性问题的特征相符合。但BP神经网络算法易使解陷入局部极小,而遗传算法的全局优化能力则恰恰可以克服这一缺点。文中将遗传算法应用于对BP神经网络模型的改进来对交通流进行预测。通过对预测数据与实测数据的比较分析,证实了改进后的方法更为有效。  相似文献

针对传统BP神经网络存在的学习速度慢,容易陷入局部极小的问题,为了提高诊断效率和非线性拟合能力,提出利用粒子群算法、遗传算法和布谷鸟算法优化BP神经网络对燃气轮机积垢性能预测,将各算法所得误差和拟合度进行对比。结果表明:粒子群算法优化BP神经网络的非线性拟合度为0.934 4,优于其他算法,相较于其他算法具有更低的绝对误差平均值,有效避免了局部最优情况。  相似文献

为诊断与分析船舶同步发电机定转子绕组匝间短路故障,文章采用基于主成分分析法(PCA)和遗传算法(GA)优化BP神经网络(GA-BP神经网络)的故障诊断方法。首先利用Maxwell软件平台故障仿真得到的定子三相电流作为特征信号,通过小波包分解重构以及PCA降维的处理方式,生成15维的样本数据,降低了网络规模以及处理计算时间,并针对传统BP神经网络收敛速度慢以及易陷入局部极小值的特点,利用GA算法对BP神经网络权值与阈值进行优化。通过样本数据对GA-BP神经网络进行训练测试,验证了PCA和GA-BP神经网络对于船舶同步发电机定转子匝间短路故障诊断具有可行性以及准确性。  相似文献

为了提高港口码头潮汐预报的精度,提出一种自适应变异的粒子群优化算法SAPSO,将SAPSO优化算法与BP神经网络结合,用以潮汐水位的实时预报。SAPSO-BP网络模型运用自适应变异的PSO算法优化BP神经网络的网络参数,克服了传统BP神经网络所具有的对初始权值阈值敏感、容易陷入局部极小值的缺点,最后选用Isabel港口的实测潮汐值数据进行潮汐水位的实时预报仿真试验,用以验证SAPSO-BP预测模型的实用性和可靠性。  相似文献

首先描述基于数据挖掘的舰船电力负荷预测系统架构,然后按照此架构进行系统实现,并结合舰船电力负载预测的特点,利用遗传算法获取较好的搜索空间,这样可以避免BP神经网络算法陷入局部最优的情况。通过对比实验结果可知,本文所采用的遗传算法和BP神经网络相结合的优化算法预测能力强,拟合度高。  相似文献

船舶各种设备故障的早期诊断和预测,对船舶的安全运行具有非常重要的意义。由于船舶上设备繁多,运行环境特殊,因此,各种设备的故障症状与故障原因之间关系十分复杂,使用传统诊断方法在实际应用中效果不理想。BP神经网络在故障诊断中有广泛的应用,但由于BP网络采用的是沿梯度下降的搜索求解算法,存在收敛速度慢,且容易陷入局部极小等问题。而遗传算法具有全局搜索速度快的优点。为此,采用自适应遗传算法来优化BP神经网络,并以船舶主机轴系的故障诊断为实例,证明遗传算法优化的BP网络方法非常适用于对船舶各种设备故障的早期诊断和预测。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
