针对船舶压载水管理系统(Ballast Water Management System, BWMS)设备选型的多样性和复杂性问题,以运营的超大型油船(Very Large Crude Carrier, VLCC)为研究对象,分别采用层次分析-逼近理想解排序法和模糊层次分析法对BWMS进行设备选型研究。结果表明,采用这2种方法得到的最优方案结果一致,2种方法都适于对VLCC进行BWMS设备选型,但对于没有实际数据,只能通过专家评判得到数据的这类设备的选型而言,采用模糊层次分析法的效果优于层次分析-逼近理想解排序法。  相似文献

波浪能发电装置结构复杂,运行环境恶劣,易受到风浪冲击和海水长期浸泡腐蚀的威胁,对装置进行可靠性分析时面临系统故障模式复杂、故障记录少等问题,海洋工程领域传统的故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)方法难以对装置系统的风险进行准确评价。基于模糊逼近理想排序法(TOPSIS)提出一种改进的FMEA风险评价模型,采用模糊置信结构对评价因素进行表示,引入评价因素的权重概念,建立风险性能指标的加权规范化矩阵,利用TOPSIS逼近理想解的原理进行风险排序,得到风险优先数,并以浮力摆式波浪能装置为例进行分析,结果表明俘获系统对波浪能发电装置整体的可靠性影响最为显著。  相似文献

本文给出了一种基于多目标遗传算法的PID参数设计方法,综合考虑系统超调量、稳定时间和ITAE指标,采用多目标遗传算法(NSGAⅡ)求出Pareto最优解。使用信息熵法对最优解的属性进行权值计算,根据逼近理想解的排序方法对Pareto最优解给出排序。计算了一个电机控制的数值算例,结果表明本文方法所设计的PID控制器性能优异,适合工程实际应用。  相似文献

针对船舶操纵性评价中存在的问题,在深入研究各种系统评价方法的基础上,提出了一种基于灰关联分析和逼近理想解法(TOPSIS)的船舶操纵性能综合评价方法.该方法运用灰关联分析理论,计算评价指标的灰绝对关联度及评价指标的权重;利用TOPSIS法,建立加权评价矩阵,引入Hausdorff距离代替欧式距离,计算各评价对象与理想方案的相对接近度,并依据相对接近度对各参评船型的操纵性作出优劣排序.应用结果表明,该方法合理有效,实用性强.  相似文献

针对船舶系统可靠性设计问题,采用改进非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA Ⅱ)研究了可靠性指标分配中的多目标优化设计.根据Pareto最优解集形成决策矩阵,基于信息熵法得到属性权重,利用逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)进行多属性决策研究.对Pareto最优解给出排序.采用本文方法讨论了一个船舶系统可靠度的分配和预测算例,给出了可靠度和费用之间的拟合关系.数值算例表明,综合采用多目标优化和多属性决策技术,可以迅速、客观选择各部件的可靠度.这种综合方法还能用于可靠性研究的其他领域.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
