三河船闸闸室墙安全性评估

文章简要介绍了江苏三河船闸建闸后的历年加固维修，运行期观测资件分析、复核计算与结果分析，提出除险加固处理意见。     

解台一号船闸的技术改造

着重介绍京杭运河解台一号船闸的闸首、闸室和靠船墩的技术改造设计,为同类船闸的改造提供了一个成功的范例。     

某扩容改造船闸工程闸位平面布置

狭窄空间内船闸扩容改造受诸多因素的影响,其闸位平面布置方案的合理性尤为重要。以某扩容改造船闸工程为例,综合考虑选址、共用引航道宽度、施工过程对二线船闸主体结构及隔流堤安全的影响、施工围堰布置及防洪要求,进行方案比选研究。最终确定闸位布置方案为:两船闸中心线间距为80 m,改扩建一线船闸下闸首上游面与二线船闸下闸首上游面顺水流方向距离为4.4 m。同时,对后期工程设计提出建议。     

江苏省三河船闸拆除重建的必要性

为加快三河船闸拆除重建工作,分析长期超负荷运行、严重老化的三河船闸在其建设和运行中存在的设计标准与航道条件不配套、制约金宝航道效益发挥等问题,从5个方面阐述三河船闸拆除重建的必要性:是解决船闸自身安全问题的根本办法;是保障过往船舶通航安全的需要;是区域经济可持续发展的需求;是充分发挥金宝航道功能的前提;是管理部门提档升级的前提。为确保船闸运行安全,提升航道通行能力,充分发挥金宝航道的综合效益,促进区域经济可持续发展,加快三河船闸的拆除重建工作势在必行。     

船闸工程质量监督的工作重点

近几年来,我国交通工程建设实行"政府监理,社会监督、企业自检"的三级质量保证体系."九五"期湖北省开工建设了连接长江和汉江的江汉航线工程,其中螺山船闸、新城船闸、鲁店船闸等三座控制船闸已分别于1999、2000、2001年相继完工,预计整个工程今年底全部完工.交通工程质量监督在湖北省开展的时间不长,是一项全新的工作,还没有形成一套完备的工作方法.螺山船闸实际上是湖北省第一个实施政府监督的水运建设项目,"十五"期还将有新的船闸工程开工建设.笔者作为项目的质量监督工程师参加了上述三座船闸的质量监督,下面根据笔者的监督工作经历,对船闸工程质量监督重点作简要分析.     

影响三峡永久船闸初期正常运行的因素

三峡永久船闸是世界上闸室和阀门数量最多、运行情况最复杂的船闸工程,是永久通航初期船舶通过三峡大坝的唯一通道.确保船闸初期阶段可靠运行是一个十分重要的问题.本文结合设备故障规律和葛洲坝船闸、三峡临时船闸的运行实践,对可能影响永久船闸初期正常运行的相关因素进行探讨.     

提高三堡船闸通航能力的设想

三堡船闸是京杭运河沟通钱塘江的枢纽;由一线和二线船闸组成.一线船闸于1989年2月建成通航,总投资1100万元,设计年过闸量为300万吨;它的建成结束了江河相望、咫尺不通的历史,拓展航程400千米.随着货运量的不断增加,一线船闸超负荷运行.于1993年开始兴建二线船闸,1996年12月投入运行,总投资1.5亿元,设计年过闸能力为550万吨.两闸室轴线水平距离100米.     

海安船闸扩容模式的探讨

根据<江苏省干线航道网规划>,连申线、通扬运河规划为Ⅲ级航道,海安船闸处于这两条干线的共线段,现有船闸的通过能力将成为制约航道通过能力的"瓶颈".为满足连申线、通扬运河航运发展的需要,从工程、环境、经济等角度探讨海安船闸的扩容模式.     

一种船速检测系统在单级船闸中的设计与实现

通过对目前市场上测速技术的比选分析,设计了一套基于多普勒效应的雷达测速系统用于单级船闸的船舶测速,并经过在葛洲坝1号、2号、3号船闸现场实测分析,该测速系统可有效测量船舶进出单级船闸的船速信息,测量精度和范围能够满足目前船闸运行管理需要。     

船闸闸室墙体“病理”分析

摘要：船闸的“体检”是通过水工检测手段来实现的。以苏北运河几个船闸为例,对闸室墙体进行检测,以此为依据来判断船闸的受损状况,从而提出船闸闸室墙体的状态报告,并提交决策部门来安排船闸抢修、小修、中修以及大修的间隔和时间。可供借鉴。

桥梁防撞设施物理模型试验

物理模型试验是预报防撞设施所受撞击力及优化设计方案的主要方法之一。结合杭州湾大桥柔性防撞设施及东海大桥独立式防撞体设计方案,阐述了船—防撞体撞击试验的基本原理、方法、试验方案及相关试验结果。提出了柔性防撞系统的优化方案。试验结果表明,该方案经济有效,可供预报类似桥梁防撞设施撞击力时参考。
