为解决水运码头因靠船构件长期磨损而失效导致靠港船舶撞击码头混凝土结构引发结构破坏的问题。本文以兴华港区三期码头加固改造项目为实例,分析总结了靠船设施加固改造工程中的特征和难点,最终确定拆除破损靠船构件,采用后锚固技术重新钻孔植筋,粘贴碳纤维布,安装新护舷的技术方案,对码头靠船设施进行加固补强。靠泊力复核验算表明:加固改造后靠船设施满足船舶停靠需求,混凝土主体结构可靠完整,使用寿命周期大大延长。  相似文献

针对船舶大型化的发展趋势以及港口企业在现有码头设施有限的条件下接靠更大吨位船舶的新情况,就"老"码头接靠"新"的大型船舶进行探讨。分析"新"船的释义和"老"码头的特征。阐述"新"船靠泊"老"码头的难点,包括对"老"码头升级改造后设施的靠泊能力不能确定和船舶最合适的靠泊窗口、限制条件不明确。提出"新"船靠泊"老"码头中的应对策略应从驾引人员应对策略、码头运营商等应做的工作以及国家行业规范标准亟待出台几方面展开。  相似文献

为提高利用率和生产效益,大型石化码头往往靠泊和兼靠船型范围较大,即码头服务船舶种类多且船舶吨级和船型尺度差异大,而当靠泊附属设施布置不当时,可能导致小型船舶卡船或在强风大浪作用下摇荡、倾斜甚至侧翻,极易引发靠泊风险事故,严重影响码头生产系统的安全运行。基于实际案例,阐述某大型石化码头兼靠小型船舶的安全隐患和整改维护方案。工程实践表明,在保证码头靠泊附属设施完好的前提下,通过增加水平向靠泊点和竖向护舷布置范围或限定靠泊船型尺度等措施可达到消除小型船舶靠泊安全隐患的目的。  相似文献

LNG船型干舷高、外侧弧度大、船体中心不对称于管汇中心,靠泊时会遇到船舶与护舷接触点过高、与护舷接触面积过少的问题,常规靠船结构及设施难以适应多等级船舶的停靠要求,存在靠泊安全隐患。针对此问题,结合嘉兴港某LNG码头进行靠泊结构设计和靠泊设施布置,通过不同船舶在不同作业工况下的船岸匹配,分析橡胶护舷和船体平行舯体长度的匹配度,提出在靠船墩内侧上方设置反向靠船构件,优化内、外侧橡胶护舷布置高程,以满足多种等级船型靠泊适应性,保证船舶与护舷的接触面积,避免护舷局部压强变大,船体受损。采用物模试验测定船舶运动量、系缆力和撞击力等物理量,验证靠船构件和护舷布置的合理性,确保满足LNG船舶安全靠泊的作业要求。  相似文献

码头在长期使用过程中,可能产生损伤和局部破损情况,需要及时分析破损原因并进行修复加固。本文以浙江龙门码头改造工程为例,根据码头检测所发现的问题,对其帽梁、桩基等进行修复加固;并结合码头现有平面布置情况,对使用过程中出现的问题进行分析,通过合理建设防撞保护设施,优化码头平面布置,增加船舶靠泊段长度,对码头现有结构进行保护,可以有效地应对船舶撞击靠船墩和系缆墩的情况,降低工程事故发生的可能,保证生产安全。本文所提出的改造、修复方案可为类似工程提供参考。  相似文献

大型公务船泊外形与普通散杂货、集装箱船舶差别较大,靠泊船型外形轮廓对码头护舷选型与布置影响较大。福建沿海某公务船码头原护舷选型及布置未充分考虑公务船外形及大水位差影响,实船试靠时护舷不满足安全靠泊需要。通过广泛调研,并吸收借鉴类似码头护舷布置经验,对该码头护舷进行了适当的改造。主要在码头面上设置靠船立柱,配置转动式橡胶护舷,经过实船涨退潮周期靠泊验证,总体使用效果良好。该码头护舷改造为大水位差地区大型公务船泊位护舷选型及布置提供了一定的借鉴。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
