为探究内河港口码头钢构件在水沙冲蚀条件下防腐涂层的损伤劣化规律,通过自制的水沙加速冲蚀磨损装置开展不同冲蚀条件下涂层材料损伤劣化的试验研究,基于图像识别技术对冲蚀损伤后的涂层表面形貌进行数字化和二值化特征提取,设定区分像素孔隙的灰度阈值,用以定量分析涂层表面破坏形式和损伤劣化面积。结果表明:当来流角度呈45°时,涂层损伤劣化最严重且表面凹坑比和划痕比大致相同,涂层损伤劣化面积随来流速度的增大呈指数扩大趋势;当含沙量低于45 kg/m3时,含沙量的增大对涂层损伤劣化有促进作用,但当超过45 kg/m3后反而降低了涂层损伤劣化速率,实现了在无损情况下对内河水沙冲蚀条件下钢构件涂层的损伤劣化规律分析。  相似文献

为探讨我国内河港口物流园区发展策略和最佳布局方案,在详细分析国内外港口物流发展阶段及其必备条件的基础上,提出当前长江上游地区港口物流的成熟条件和存在的问题,进而以此为基础分析内河港口物流园区建设发展中需要解决的基本问题,并提出港口物流园区开发模式、经营模式、发展类型、选址原则等。以全国最大的内河港口物流园区——重庆果园港口物流区为案例,利用提出的理论进行分析,得到了内河港口物流基地的发展策略和适宜的布局方案。  相似文献

内河环境下,由于混凝土碳化所导致的内部钢筋锈蚀是引起港口码头结构发生耐久性失效破坏的主要原因。为研究内河库水位周期性变动下码头桩基混凝土的碳化规律,开展一般大气环境与干湿交替环境下混凝土的加速碳化物理试验。结果表明:1)混凝土碳化深度随碳化时间的增加而逐渐增加,碳化速率随碳化龄期增长而减缓。2)与一般大气环境相比,干湿交替作用下混凝土的碳化深度更小。基于Fick第一定律的碳化深度模型,通过拟合回归并修正后建立了内河一般大气环境和干湿交替环境下码头桩基混凝土碳化深度预测模型。经对比,模型预测值与试验实测值吻合程度良好,验证了该模型的精度。研究成果可为内河港口码头基础结构运营维护及耐久性评估提供技术支撑。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
