随着"一带一路"倡议的不断推进,中国的设计单位越来越多地参与到海外港口绿地项目的规划工作中。由于国内目前还没有成熟的指导性文件对规划的方法和原则进行说明,本文结合吉布提与印尼港口项目实例,介绍海外绿地项目规划应包含的内容和应遵循的工作流程,并总结出规划的原则,包括顺应自然地形、保护自然环境;土方挖填平衡;弹性发展,注重起步工程实施性;按需集约化布置、区块划分明晰;综合考虑经济效益的基础上保证项目每一期的自生性。这些工作实践的总结可为未来海外港口绿地规划工作提供借鉴。  相似文献

基于航道地理空间特性和航道设计相关规范及工作流程,选用Arc GIS作为基本框架,经多项关键技术开发构建而成航道辅助设计平台。平台具有自然条件分析、河床演变分析、航道尺度计算及选线布置等设计功能,并配置水深数据识别、地形坐标转换等通用工具,可对航道基础数据和设计成果进行综合管理,初步实现专业间设计协同,基本达成航道设计工作的标准化和提高工作效率的目标。  相似文献

单波束测深仪是现代海洋测量尤其是内河水下地形测量中的主要测量仪器。即使在声速设定正确的前提下,单波束测深仪的观测值仍然会有各类型的粗差。针对其原始水深值粗差处理问题,创新性地提出"地形链"的概念,设计了一种新的针对单波束测深仪水深观测值的粗差检测与修正算法,针对长江流域的单波束测深数据进行处理,结果表明算法对各类粗差有明显的检测和修正效果。  相似文献

文章应用GIS理论思想,对水深测量数据格式进行深入分析,提出应用空间数据库来组织管理水深数据的新方法,给出了数据结构。在此基础上,对水深测量数据的应用价值进行深入挖掘,提出利用水深离散点数据进行水下地形建模,从而实现水深数据的三维可视化直观表达,并就此给出了地形建模过程和渲染步骤以及三维场景效果优化方法。  相似文献

在宽阔的潮汐河段,由于潮汐和地形的影响,大范围的同步水文测验的精度和可靠性受到了很大的限制。为了得到高精度的水文测量成果,使同步观测资料和时间序列资料具备良好的可比性,需要建立高精度的平面基准、高程基准和速度基准。理论和实践表明,建立大范围内的高精度的GNSS(global navigation satellite system)控制网,基于RTK(real-time kinematic)测量方式进行三维水深测量、基于RTK的速度参考进行流量测量,是在大范围条件下开展高精度同步水文观测的有效途径。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
