隔振系统中垫片表面工艺质量与法向接触刚度的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
安装船舶隔振系统时,由于不同隔振器实际承载和变形量的偏差,需要使用垫片来调整安装间隙。而已有研究表明,隔振系统中垫片的表面工艺质量与法向接触刚度有关联。基于分形接触理论,分析推导垫片法向接触刚度与材料属性、表面工艺质量的关系式,结合表面粗糙度与分形参数的关系,提出一种利用表面工艺质量参数(如粗糙度、粘合率等)估算垫片法向接触刚度的方法。数值计算结果表明:垫片法向接触刚度随表面粗糙度值的减小和粘合率的增大而增大,且粘合率的影响相对较大;当粘合率一定时,法向接触刚度在Ra3 6.3μm时变化较小,而在Ra£6.3μm时变化较大;综合考虑垫片加工水平、加工成本以及接触面对系统的影响,建议垫片表面加工精度取Ra=6.3μm为宜。  相似文献

本文在传统轴承动力学分析模型的基础上考虑了水润滑轴承轴瓦的刚度、阻尼和轴承质量以及可能存在的接触刚度、阻尼,推导了考虑表面粗糙度和轴瓦变形的扰动压力雷诺方程,对比了混合润滑模型与动力润滑模型、弹流润滑模型的轴承动力特性系数并分析其差异,研究了倾角、粗糙度等参数综合作用下水润滑轴承动力特性系数的变化规律。结果表明,最小膜厚比大于某一阈值时粗糙度增加可提高水膜动力特性系数,轴瓦变形会使动力特性系数减小,同时也会扩大使水膜刚度、阻尼获得增幅的粗糙度范围,但削弱了粗糙度对承载方向刚度、阻尼的增幅效果。此外,在承受载荷一定的条件下,粗糙轴承的动力特性系数在倾角较大时明显小于光滑轴承的对应值。  相似文献

研究垫片安装工艺参数(垫片厚度和接触面积)对柴油机振动传递特性的影响。建立基座垫片安装的有限元模型,利用ABAQUS软件对不同垫片厚度和不同垫片接触面积条件下振动特性进行仿真计算。通过试验对仿真结果进行验证,试验得到机脚处的加速度响应值与仿真结果基本一致,能有效地为设备减振安装提供参考意见。  相似文献

以含有惯容器的多层隔振系统为研究对象,建立了多层隔振系统的动力学模型.研究了惯容器对系统固有频率的影响,分析了惯容器的位置变化对多层隔振系统的影响,推导了多层隔振系统的振动传递率公式.研究结果表明:不管惯容器安装在上层还是下层,都会减小多层隔振系统的固有频率,惯容器对高阶固有频率的影响较大;在上层安装惯容器对系统的固有频率影响较大,会减小相邻固有频率的间隔;当惯容器一端接地一端接中间质量时,相当于增加了中间质量的参振质量;不接地的惯容器会减小隔振系统高频振动传递率的衰减.研究结果有利于惯容器在舰船上的应用.  相似文献

针对浮筏系统多台泵设备分别安装占用空间资源大、隔振器数量多的问题,研究泵设备模块化成组安装的隔振效果,为潜艇浮筏系统减振隔振提供支撑和依据。保证浮筏结构总质量、设备数量及承载能力基本不变的前提下,通过模块化设计将各泵设备安装基座设计成共用成组筏架,使多台泵设备实现模块化成组安装。使用有限元法建立泵设备模块化成组浮筏隔振系统模型,改变成组筏架的板厚和隔振器刚度等参数,计算分析了成组筏架参数变化对浮筏系统隔振性能的影响。计算分析表明:成组安装可减少泵设备的空间资源占用及隔振器数量,合理范围内减小成组筏架板厚及降低成组筏架隔振器刚度可提高浮筏系统隔振性能,使浮筏隔振系统传递至基座端的振动降低9.3 dB,成组筏架隔振器刚度相比筏架板厚参数对系统隔振效果影响更明显。  相似文献

在零件尺寸超大、精度要求高、生产条件有限的情况下,为提高零件的表面加工质量和生产效率,研制机械加工的新工法。利用普通车床C61160完成了本该由磨床完成的船用螺旋桨轴的加工。用磨具代替磨床的新工艺使零件的表面质量由原来的Ra 1. 6~Ra 1. 0μm提高到Ra 0. 8~Ra 0. 4μm,提高了两个精度等级。采用多件加工的新工艺取代传统的单件加工工艺,使生产效率提高了5倍以上。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
