将成本低和简单可靠的新型自由电枢式燃油喷射单元FAI(Free Armature Injection)应用于AX-100二冲程汽油机,进行了电控燃油缸内高压直喷的研究和开发,在原机的基础上设计改造了一个适合缸内直喷的进气、供油及燃烧室系统。通过试验,获得了大量的缸内直喷的试验数据和电控参数的MAP图,并分析了喷油量、喷油提前角和点火相位等非常敏感的控制参数对发动机的性能、燃油消耗和排放的影响规律,还做了该直喷发动机和原化油器发动机的性能、燃油消耗和排放的比较。结果表明,新型自由电枢式燃油喷射FAI直喷技术能够成功的应用于缸内高压直喷系统,极大改善了燃油短路的现象和扫气效率,在整个运行范围内燃油消耗大大降低,HC排放改善很多。 相似文献

稀燃汽油缸内直接喷射燃烧是一种很有前途的燃烧技术,可在满足未来排放要求的情况下显著提高燃油效率。虽然在美国市场上部分车型已实现化学计量比汽油缸内直接喷射技术的商业化运作,却还没有稀燃汽油直接喷射车型出现,而这种车型已在欧洲市场上市。美国橡树岭国家试验室获得了1台配装2.0 L稀燃汽油直接喷射汽油机的欧洲产BMW 1系轿车,利用底盘测功器对其进行测量,分别在美国行驶循环(联邦测试循环)、公路燃油经济性测试循环和US06联邦增补测试循环,以及稳态脉谱下检测了发动机和排气后处理系统的性能和排放。在研究过程中,同时对车辆使用轻度混合动力技术(发动机起动-停车系统和交流电机智能控制)时的性能进行了评估。对试验数据作了分析,并根据美国市场对燃油经济性和排放所提出的要求,量化了稀燃汽油直接喷射与轻度混合动力技术的优缺点。这些数据经过整理后将用于开发和运用常规或先进的动力总成车辆的仿真。 相似文献

为了研究不同比例甲醇和汽油混合燃料对发动机燃烧排放性能的影响,对1台1.4 L缸内直喷发动机加装了进气道喷射系统,改造为甲醇进气道喷射(MPI)+汽油缸内直喷(GDI)发动机,运用CFD技术建立该发动机模型,对不同甲醇热值替代比下的缸内混合气形成、燃烧和排放特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:在混合气形成方面,随着甲醇替代比的提高,缸内温度逐渐下降(但在点火时刻缸内温度下降趋势减缓),未蒸发燃料质量迅速增加。在缸内燃烧方面,提高甲醇替代比能够有效地加速缸内燃烧过程,提高缸内峰值缸压和峰值放热率,缩短滞燃期和燃烧持续期,使燃烧重心提前,但较高甲醇替代比下加速燃烧过程趋势减缓。在排放物生成方面,随着甲醇替代比的提高,NO_x排放逐渐增加,CO总排放量降低,但峰值CO量却呈现先增后减趋势,THC排放逐渐增加,其中大部分为未燃甲醇。 相似文献

设计了高速内窥镜系统,对汽油发动机进气道内的水雾喷射过程进行了可视化研究。对比了两种喷水器布置、不同喷水时刻和不同喷水压力下的水雾喷射过程,并结合台架数据分析了这些因素对发动机燃油消耗率和NO_x排放的影响。结果表明,在3 000 r/min@1.4 MPa工况下,使用3∶10的水油质量比,发动机喷水后燃油消耗率降低约3%,NO_x排放降低约20%。喷水器结构和布置方案对喷水效果影响不大。喷水时刻影响水雾进入缸内蒸发冷却的过程,不同喷水时刻下发动机燃油消耗率略有差异,NO_x排放变化趋势与燃油消耗率相反。喷水压力影响水滴雾化和运动过程,高喷射压力下雾化变好,但会使水滴在进气道内提前蒸发,反而降低其对缸内的冷却效果,试验在0.8 MPa喷射压力下燃油消耗率最低,而NO_x排放随着喷射压力的升高逐步降低。 相似文献

The relationship between the oxygen content in gasoline and the particulate emission (particle number and weight) was investigated. In order to study the influence of the engine configuration on the particulate emission, four vehicles were tested in which the following systems were installed: Vehicle 1 was equipped with direct injection system which uses central mounted outwardly opening injectors. Vehicle 2 and 3 used direct injection with a side mounted multihole injectors and Vehicle 4 had port fuel injection system. Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) was used as the oxygen booster. The oxygen content in the gasoline was varied from 1 to 3 wt%, which corresponds with an MTBE dosage from 3.55% to 16.11%. This study used fuel that contained the same octane number with a 2% oxygen content without oxygen components, and it was used as the reference fuel in order to distinguish the effect of the oxygen content increases and the octane boosts that result from the MTBE. All vehicle tests were performed on a roller type chassis dynamometer using the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) and Federal Test Procedure-75 (FTP-75) cycle. The experiment results demonstrate that the oxygen content increases in the gasoline reduced the particulate emission in vehicles with direct injection engines. An equivalent phenomenon was observed in a vehicle with a port fuel injection engine, but its absolute particle number was much smaller than that of the gasoline direct injection engine. The amount of reduction of the particle number in the start (cold) phase of the test cycle was significant compared with the later (hot) phase engine operation. However, particulates were emitted even though the engine was fully warmed up, especially when the engine was highly loaded. Other factors such as fuel economy or other exhaust emissions were not significantly affected by the oxygen content. 相似文献

In this work a two-stroke scooter engine was modified to work with semi-direct injection of gasoline at a pressure of 8 bar
from an injector in the cylinder barrel pointed toward the cylinder head. The influence of injection timing, injection pressure,
spark plug location and air-fuel ratio, on performance, emissions and combustion characteristics has been investigated. In
addition, a comparison has been made with manifold injection of gasoline on the same engine at a given speed and various outputs.
A significant reduction in HC emissions and fuel consumption with no adverse effects on NOx emissions and combustion stability
was observed. A small drop in power and increase in CO emission were observed disadvantages of the new injection system. Injection
timing was found to be the most important factor and a balance between reduction in shortcircuited fuel by late injection,
and time for mixture preparation by advancing the injection, was found to be essential. 相似文献
