基于两流体模型和热相变模型,结合考虑附加惯性力的摇摆计算模型,并引入指数压降放汽边界条件,利用CFX软件进行了摇摆条件下船用蒸汽蓄热器放汽过程数值计算。计算结果显示,在摇摆条件下,蒸汽蓄热器放汽压力和温度均快速降低,但摇摆运动对放汽压力和温度参数影响比较小;摇摆运动加强蒸汽蓄热器内汽水两相流体的湍流交混,诱发蓄热器压力场、速度场和温度场分布紊乱;周期性的摇摆运动导致蒸汽蓄热器水位产生剧烈的周期性波动,且波动周期与摇摆周期基本一致。摇摆模型在蒸汽蓄热器两相流数值模拟中的成功应用,可为海洋条件下蒸汽蓄热器热工水力的准确分析提供参考。 相似文献

为研究不同碰撞角度下流体对船桥碰撞过程的影响,本文建立了水-船-墩精细化流固耦合模型,流体域采用ALE描述,船-桥结构采用Lagrange描述,通过罚函数算法实现结构-流体间的耦合。通过数值造波结果与解析解对比,验证了数值水池和耦合接触算法的可靠性。随后在0°~45°范围内开展了碰撞数值模拟,并与附加质量模型在能量转化、碰撞力、桥墩内力及位移、船舶损伤及航迹方面进行了对比。结果表明:流体对碰撞力影响较小;附加质量模型会略微夸大桥墩位移,但差别较小;两种模型的船舶撞损差别较大,不考虑流体时将夸大船舶撞损程度,最高可达21%;流体对船舶航迹与姿态会产生显著影响,流固耦合模型中船舶会明显滞后于附加质量模型。 相似文献

考虑流体管道的体积力以及流体的横向惯量,忽略管道和流体之间的摩擦效应,导出流体管道流固耦合的14方程模型.利用拉氏变换,把时域方程变换到频域,对频域模型进行推导,方程化为12个一元四阶常微分和2个一元二阶常微分,变换后的方程可以直接进行求解,得到简单直管的频域解析解.把管道始末端的坐标代入解析解,可得到管道始末端的关系,结合结点平衡条件,推导出多管段的频域传递矩阵法.对算例进行仿真计算和分析,并用实验结果来验证计算结果,验证模型和方法的正确性. 相似文献

在海洋条件下,非能动安全系统受船舶运动的影响,将产生随时空动态变化的附加惯性力,进而导致系统的运行特性发生变化。基于自编译系统程序,建立适用于海洋条件下非能动余热排出系统运行特性分析的数学模型,分别对海洋条件下六自由度运动状态的系统运行特性进行了计算分析。研究结果表明:摇摆运动会导致系统运行参数发生周期性的波动,并削弱系统的自然循环能力,其中横摇对系统运行特性的影响最为突出;而在横荡与垂荡工况下,尽管海洋条件引入的附加力会引起系统流量波动,但对系统流量的平均值并不会产生影响。此外,研究还表明,在所分析的运动参数谱的范围内,提出的非能动余热排出系统能正常导出堆芯余热。 相似文献

本文采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟的方法,研究了不同阀门角度下蝶阀后双弯管模型中的复杂流动现象,并将数值计算的速度云图同流场实验测量结果进行对比验证。分析结果表明:数值计算结果同粒子图像速度场测量技术得到的速度云图基本吻合;阀门角度对流场的影响较大,阀门角度越小,阀板迎背流面的流体扩张也越不明显,模型最大速度减小:阀板前驻点逐渐向阀板迎流面边侧移动,一次分离区减小,而二次分离区先增大后减小;弯管中流体质点二次流、流动分离及流动剪切膨胀等是影响流场的重要因素。 相似文献

The flexible pipe bend can not only reduce the structural vibration and fluid noise in pipeline, but also realize the flexible connection of a horizontal line and a vertical line and compensate the displacement of three dimensions produced by the shock or vibration of pipeline in the special situations. Up to now, little attention has been paid to study the flexible pipe bend applied in the pipeline of medium or high pressure, because no appropriate framework materials can be used to reinforce it which must endure the burst pressure higher than 10 MPa. The investigation shows that it is possible to produce the flexible pipe bend of medium or high pressure if such fibers with high performance as Kevlar fibers are used to be its reinforced materials. However, its structural designing theory, manufacturing technology and measuring techniques aren‘t yet perfect and systematic, which leads to the instability of the performance of products. Furthermore, few references about its research can be seen. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically and thoroughly develop the structural designing theory, manufacture technology and measuring techniques of flexible pipe bend. 相似文献

Experiments were conducted to study characteristics of flow when flow is fluctuating. The experimental results showed a phase
difference between the flow rate and the pressure drop fluctuations. This phase difference between the fluctuating flow rate
and pressure drop was analyzed for laminar flow. Analysis showed that the phase difference changes with the period of the
flow fluctuation, the pipe radius, the density and the dynamic viscosity of the liquid. Fluctuating pipe flow was then numerically
simulated. Results of the numerical simulation were compared with theoretical values and experimental results. It was shown
that, when the flow rate fluctuates with time as a sine wave, the pressure drop fluctuates with the same periodicity, and

针对基于节点法的辅助汽轮机流体网络传统建模中,在动态过程中存在质量不平衡的问题,不能满足辅助汽轮机组变工况和故障工况特性研究的要求。本文提出了汽机流网一体化建模方法,依据质量守恒和能量守恒原理,采用可变出口导纳模拟不同背压下辅助汽轮机的流网运行情况。以某船舶汽轮燃油泵及其进出口蒸汽管网为研究对象,在MINIS环境下采用汽机流网一体化方法建立了其仿真模型。通过该方法下仿真结果与实际运行数据对比,验证了模型的准确性。仿真结果与传统模型仿真结果进行对比分析,表明了变工况和故障工况下汽机流网一体化模型具有更好的稳定性和动态适应性。 相似文献

Porous structures have been widely applied in the coastal and ocean engineering due to their wave energy dissipation mechanism. The macroscopic computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach where the quadratic pressure drop condition of porous surface is introduced to model the wave interaction with porous cylinders. A series of CFD simulations of waves interacting with a single porous cylinder and the combined structure of a porous cylinder with a concentric inner solid column are performed, with corresponding tank tests conducted. The CFD method is compared with experiments, linear potential model, and the quadratic BEM (boundary element method) model. The effects of porosity and porous cylinder radius on wave force and wave heights inside porous cylinder are analyzed to evaluate the performance of porous shell reducing wave loads and wave surface elevation, and the wave force variation with incident wave amplitudes are also investigated. The results demonstrate that the established CFD model is reliable for engineering analysis and thereby being of great significance for reference purpose in the CFD simulations of waves interacting with porous structures. 相似文献

为预测耙吸式挖泥船远海施工时耙吸管系统在非静态环境中的多体动力学行为,要求准确分析作用在该系统上的力。详细讨论了主要作用力:在波浪补偿器作用下的缆绳拉力、耙头与海床间的土壤剪切力、作用在耙吸管上的水流阻力及由于压力差在耙头处产生的推动力等。并以耙吸式挖泥船为例,根据得出的作用力数学模型,建立了基于ADAMS动力学分析软件的仿真模型进行验证。仿真结果与实际施工情况非常吻合。 相似文献
