为研究复合材料对螺旋桨水动力性能和结构特性的影响,在Workbench平台上,采用基于粘性流理论的计算流体力学方法与有限元软件实现流体载荷与结构变形的双向耦合传递。以DTMB4381为研究对象,首先考虑镍铝青铜(NAB)螺旋桨的微小变形,采用双向流固耦合方法计算不同进速系数下的水动力性能,并与敞水试验值进行对比,误差较小,验证了双向流固耦合方法的准确性。然后将复合材料考虑为各向同性,对玻璃纤维材料螺旋桨进行双向流固耦合求解,得到复合材料螺旋桨在不同进速系数下的水动力性能及结构特性,并将流体和结构计算结果与传统的金属螺旋桨比较分析,总结材料对螺旋桨性能的影响。双向流固耦合方法为今后各向异性复合材料螺旋桨的深入研究打下基础。  相似文献

为开展水动力载荷下复合材料螺旋桨强度评估研究,首先采用ANSYS/CFD计算螺旋桨流体模型在设计工况下的水动力载荷,并基于ABAQUS软件通过编码INP文件将水动力载荷施加于螺旋桨结构强度模型上;然后基于Hashin失效准则,分析不同铺层角下螺旋桨可能出现的失效模式,进行复合材料螺旋桨结构强度的评估分析;最后,依据应力等效原则,将水动压力载荷等效为集中载荷,开展模型桨静强度试验和仿真计算。结果显示:仿真计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,最大误差在9%以内,验证了复合材料螺旋桨强度评估方法的可靠性。  相似文献

基于Zig-Zag变形假定和板Mindlin一阶剪切理论,建立了复合材料夹层板有限元动力单元模型,分别对上下面板和芯体建立了3个独立坐标系,考虑各部分转角变量独立,为具有厚夹芯和软夹芯的复合材料夹层板的动力分析提供了一种更为准确的有限元模型.采用有限元/边界元方法,建立了嵌在无限大障板上板在简谐平面声波斜入射情况下声传输的计算模型.根据推导的模型编制计算机程序,针对典型结构较为详细地研究分析了芯板材料参数和厚度变化对结构动力特性的影响,并研究分析了夹层板芯层材料、芯层厚度和平面声波入射角度对传声损失的影响.  相似文献

为了研究易变性复合材料螺旋桨在水动力作用下的变形特性,通过流体计算控制方程和结构有限元方程,建立复合材料螺旋桨流固耦合算法,并利用Ansys/AnsysCFX软件计算流固耦合下指定材料的系列螺旋桨水动力性能,将NBA材料桨计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了流固耦合算法的准确性。分析了指定复合材料螺旋桨变形前后水动力性能变化,在此基础之上,进一步分析了复合材料桨叶在特定进速下的应力分布,以及不同进速下各桨叶的变形规律。  相似文献

[目的]船舶复合材料螺旋桨比传统金属合金螺旋桨刚度低,在流固耦合作用下桨叶变形会对水动力和噪声性能带来显著影响,在开展复合材料螺旋桨模型试验时需予以特殊考虑。[方法]采用量纲分析方法,建立复合材料螺旋桨水动力与噪声性能的特殊相似关系及其换算方法。根据复合材料螺旋桨模型加工实物及其作用特点,分析可满足模型试验要求的特殊测试技术。[结果]结果表明,复合材料螺旋桨模型试验在满足金属合金螺旋桨模型试验的相似关系外,仍需满足桨叶水动力变形的相似关系。[结论]不同于传统金属合金螺旋桨,复合材料螺旋桨模型试验需获取螺旋桨的静态型值、力学性能和桨叶动态变形等信息,以此选择合理的螺旋桨试验模型缩比尺度及其材料;同时,试验中除要求保持模型与实尺度螺旋桨的无量纲进速系数相同外,还需满足刚度特性及叶梢马赫数的组合相似度。  相似文献

采用面元法和有限元法相结合的流固耦合算法,针对4382桨利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行多种材料纤维铺层,迭代进行水动力性能分析,并总结了复合材料螺旋桨的变性规律。当纤维主要铺层方向与侧斜方向一致时,桨叶易发生扭转,复合材料螺旋桨的变形规律是侧斜增大,纵倾和螺距减小,以迎合进流角,进而提高螺旋桨的水动力性能。  相似文献

针对复合材料螺旋桨流固耦合效应显著的特点,本文通过CFD计算复合材料螺旋桨所受水动力载荷,应用有限元方法计算复合材料桨叶结构响应,建立双向流固耦合数值计算方法,研究不同进速系数工况下刚性和复合材料螺旋桨的水动力性能与结构特性。研究结果表明:相较于刚性螺旋桨,复合材料螺旋桨通过弯扭耦合变形实现螺距角与攻角自适应匹配,进而提高推进效率并降低功率损耗;复合材料桨叶的最大总变形和最大等效应力随来流速度的增大而减小,随旋转速度的增大而增大。基于蔡-吴准则对复合材料螺旋桨的失效行为进行判断,蔡-吴失效系数随进速系数的增大而降低,失效区域更容易出现在桨叶叶梢处。  相似文献

潜艇的声隐身问题一直是研究的热点,各种新的声学材料和结构不断涌现。首先对复合材料在潜艇声隐身结构中的应用情况进行了分析,对其材料、结构形式、作用效果等方面进行了详细阐述,提出了夹芯吸声复合材料作为水下声隐身结构的发展趋势。然后利用数值计算的方法,对夹芯复合材料的声学性能进行了分析,得到了夹芯复合材料各层材料参数,如厚度、声特性阻抗和损耗等对声学性能的影响规律。最后,评估了典型局部结构壳板应用夹芯复合材料后的力学性能和声隐身性能。结果表明,潜艇非耐压结构的壳板采用夹芯复合材料可以满足结构的力学要求,与钢结构相比声隐身能力得到提高。  相似文献

文章基于面元法和有限元法,开展了复合材料螺旋桨流固耦合数值方法研究,着重探讨了复合材料桨叶有限元建模以及水动力外载荷与结构变形位移的流固耦合交界面数据传递问题,最终集成为一项复合材料螺旋桨流固耦合分析技术,测试了其收敛性。该技术针对5474复合材料螺旋桨的分析结果与文献结果吻合良好,为复合材料螺旋桨性能分析提供了必要的工具。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
