气囊下水技术是我国具有自主知识产权的一项高新技术。文章基于气囊下水存在的一系列技术问题,通过气囊压缩试验、实船下水过程测试等方法的不断探索、研究,对大型船舶下水用气囊的结构及性能参数要求、船台坡道参数、牵引力计算以及下水计算等方面进行了深入的研究,总结出了一套完整的计算方法。研究结果已在70 000 DWT和82 000 DWT等船舶下水实践过程中得到了充分的认证,从而为大型船舶的下水提供了一套技术理论支持。  相似文献

以某大型散货船下水为例,开发了气囊下水静态模拟分析程序.首先对常规船台下水进行了验证计算,采用大型通用船舶设计软件FORAN的下水模块进行了计算对比,结果一致.在此基础上对某7万吨级散货船进行了气囊下水的过程计算,程序考虑了囊体材料特性和气囊变形的力学特性,可方便地校核船舶气囊下水过程中的危险工况、船体浮态等.与已有文献结果比较,证明其实用性,可用于预报下水过程,提高气囊下水安全性.  相似文献

文中论述了气囊下水的计算阶段划分,提出了各个阶段的计算内容。在船舶气囊纵向下水的过程中,船舶倾角的变化呈一条光顺曲线,因此滑道下水过程中的"尾跌落"和"尾上浮"现象在气囊下水中不再明显,需要重新加以认识。文中对气囊压力和气囊滚动阻力的计算方法做了讨论,并就气囊下水曲线的内容和表述方法提出了主张。  相似文献

气囊下水已经成功用于7万吨级船舶的下水,但由于下水过程中气囊变形情况不可控,下水过程仍然存在相当的风险。借鉴船舶滑道纵向下水力学理论,针对气囊特征进行改进,引入船用气囊的承压变形本构关系等,建立了船舶气囊下水过程的动力学模型,实现了气囊支承力及船体变形量实时计算。还对多气囊产生的非线性支承力分布、入水气囊的支承力计算、气囊与船体间的摩擦系数等关键问题进行分析研究,编制了相应程序;对下水过程中可能的气囊破坏极端情况进行了模拟计算,研究了气囊爆破失效对下水过程安全性的影响。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
