舰船用气调保鲜装置系统概述及其应用效果

为提升船用设备国产化率、降低贸易依赖,从船用气调保鲜装置入手,给出国产化设计方案。通过形成进口元器件、软硬件、基础机电等关键材料清单,对标国内同类相关部件,结合技术设计输入,完成样机试制及试验检测,根据保鲜试验结果评价其应用效果。试验结果表明:该气调保鲜装置各项技术指标和工作任务能够满足舰船环境使用要求。该研究的完成促进了该型国产化替代产品的迭代上升,为船舶保鲜行业的生命力提供有力保障。     

关于舰船应用气调保鲜冷藏单元的研究

通过对舰船气调保鲜系统原理和气调保鲜冷藏单元组成的阐述,分析了气调保鲜冷藏单元相比传统的果蔬保鲜组合冷库具有保鲜效果好、安装简单、适用性强和使用可靠等优势。指出了在舰船上使用气调保鲜冷藏单元要注意的事项,认为舰船上应用气调保鲜冷藏单元具有一定的现实意义。

对气调保鲜系统原理进行了分析,通过总结气调保鲜库在实船上首次运用的经验,阐述其关键技术,为今后气调保鲜技术在船舶上的推广打下了基础。     

船用食品保鲜技术发展研究

归纳了食品保鲜的涵义,概括了食品保鲜技术的发展,介绍了传统冷藏、气调贮藏和冰温贮藏三种食品保鲜技术.论述了国内船用食品保鲜技术的应用现状,针对这一现状以及前述三种保鲜技术的各自特点,提出了针对船舶的中、长期需求分别采用冰温冷藏＋真空保鲜、冰温冷藏＋气调贮藏的食品保鲜模式,并说明了今后在实践过程中需要进行研究的一些技术问题.

船舶用气调集装箱对我国远洋船员身体素质的保持具有重大作用.本文提供一种通用的船舶用气调集装箱的设计方法.这种方法通过对制氮、制冷和加湿功能模块的工况进行细化,解决气调保鲜集装箱由于体积小,使得各功能模块处理能力小,设计中参数匹配困难的问题,对以后这一领域的研究具有指导和借鉴意义.最后算例表明,运用本方法可以很好地完成气调集装箱的设计.     

大型船舶蔬菜保鲜技术研究

大型船舶在远航时需延长蔬菜储藏时间。针对此需求,文章从蔬菜保鲜机理分析出发,结合船舶的特殊环境,拟定气调保鲜技术和低真空保鲜技术,并通过对比试验进行了验证。试验表明,两种技术均能对蔬菜保鲜30天。

采用新的舰船食品保鲜技术——气调储藏法,将革新舰船用冷藏技术,大大提高食品储藏期和舰员的生存能力、生活水平并提高舰船的自持能力。介绍了舰船传统食品的储藏方法,阐述了食品的腐烂变质机理、气调储藏保鲜的原理、方法以及工艺。在试验研究基础上,提出了气调储藏法在舰船上运用的实施方案。

桥梁防撞设施物理模型试验

物理模型试验是预报防撞设施所受撞击力及优化设计方案的主要方法之一。结合杭州湾大桥柔性防撞设施及东海大桥独立式防撞体设计方案,阐述了船—防撞体撞击试验的基本原理、方法、试验方案及相关试验结果。提出了柔性防撞系统的优化方案。试验结果表明,该方案经济有效,可供预报类似桥梁防撞设施撞击力时参考。
