为了满足不同负载工况时,船用齿轮式液压舵机的舵角跟踪水平,设计船用齿轮式液压舵机负载自适应控制系统。利用数据采集模块的电流传感器、转速传感器和位置传感器,采集船用齿轮式液压舵机的电流、转速和位置数据。系统的控制模块选取TMS320F28377芯片作为控制芯片,利用舵机数据采集结果,采用三闭环控制结构,运行模糊PID自适应控制算法输出舵机参数控制量。设置舵机参数控制量作为驱动模块的输入,驱动模块利用驱动电路驱动传动机构;设置传动机构作为驱动摇臂的执行部件,实现液压舵机的控制。系统测试结果表明,所设计系统可以依据负载变化,控制船用齿轮式液压舵机舵角,精准跟踪负载正弦信号。  相似文献

准确模拟舵叶承受的负载是舵机试验系统的一项关键技术.将流体动力基本方程应用于船舶液压舵机系统的稳态和动态特性的研究.建立了系统在变频电机转速一定时的稳定工作方程,计算的稳态特性与实验结果吻合.建立系统的动态数学模型,推导出系统的传递函数.研究提高系统的响应速度的方法,以及系统抗外界干扰的刚度问题,为液压舵机系统准确设计提供了指导.  相似文献

为了降低操舵系统的辐射噪声,利用遗传算法及粒子群法,以降低舵机噪声及提高控制精度为目标,开展自动舵控制策略的优化研究,并利用潜艇运动实时仿真系统和舵机液压系统组成的半实物联合仿真系统,开展相关半实物仿真试验.试验结果表明,该低噪声自动舵控制策略能有效规划舵板的打舵速度及舵角,既能满足潜艇的操纵性需要,又能降低操舵辐射噪声.  相似文献

在传统的船舶变频液压舵机转向角度控制方法中,存在控制精度低的问题,为此提出一种船舶变频液压舵机转向角度控制方法。通过建立船舶动力模型,在模型的基础上,通过传感器采集船舶运动状态数据,根据采集到的数据,计算船舶变频液压舵机转向角度,利用PID控制器控制液压泵,改变舵机转向角度,至此完成船舶变频液压舵机转向角度控制方法的设计。通过对比实验,与传统的船舶变频液压舵机转向角度控制方法作比较。实验结果表明,提出的船舶变频液压舵机转向角度控制方法具有更高的控制精度。  相似文献

以双螺旋桨水面无人艇的推进控制系统为研究对象,以永磁同步电机作为推进电机,在取消常规舵的情况下,设计一种利用左右螺旋桨转速差来实现舵效的桨舵合一系统。设计转速协调控制器,通过模糊PID算法对常规PID进行补充,实现对直行情况下航向的稳定控制,最终验证了双桨推进的转速协调控制方案的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

舵机系统的稳定性对船舶航行安全性起到至关重要的作用。为提高舵机的可操控性,本文建立液压舵机系统的数学模型,并设计pid反馈控制机制。通过仿真计算,该模型能够准确计算舵面扭转角度,同时采用pid控制策略能够使得舵面的转动过程较为平稳,不会出现液压冲击现象,能够有效提高结构疲劳寿命。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
