为有效解决模拟解调气象传真接收机的精度和灵敏度低、抗干扰能力差等问题,提出基于软件无线电的气象传真接收系统优化方案。该系统采用J型场效应管、ESD保护电路和滤波电路等构建水准匹配的电小有源天线;采用超外差接收机技术、电调谐滤波器技术、数字解调技术、FFT同步算法、Rife频偏估计算法及基于DSTFT的FSK算法构建气象传真接收机信息接收和处理单元,实现气象传真信号的接收、数字解调、处理和显示。试验结果表明:该系统能完成气象传真信号的解调和气象传真图的恢复,图像质量和视觉效果均得到很大改善。  相似文献

海上气象灾害是影响船舶航行最危险的环境因素,如何通过船用气象传感网络采集的数据进行气象灾害预测及决策是现代海上决策系统研究的重点。随着计算科学的发展,数据挖掘在大数据处理中得到广泛应用,根据船用气象数据的噪声及边界模糊特性,本文选择基于二型模糊数据挖掘的船用气象数据决策模型,对气象数据采用密度因子进行分布调节,同时将多维气象数据进行降维处理,设计高效的海上气象灾害决策系统,最后进行实验。  相似文献

介绍美国海军舰艇基于战术雷达的灾害天气探测及显示系统。该系统通过附加的气象雷达数据处理器和基于网页的服务器,提供舰载SPS-48E等雷达的实时监测数据和图像。系统由气象数据接口转换卡及气象数据提取计算机构成。经过验证,该系统与专用气象雷达性能相当。  相似文献

多部雷达在探测目标时,因受低空杂波、电子干扰和雷达自身探测精度等影响,易使部分雷达的探测数据不可靠而造成融合中心数据处理精度的下降.针对这一问题,本文提出了一种应用1次融合数据为特征的集对分析思想,把每时送入融合中心的各雷达探测数据与1次融合后的数据组成集对,求出目标状态当前时刻的区间估计,去掉每时落入估计区间之外的雷达探测数据,再作2次融合.仿真结果表明,应用集对分析实现多雷达探测数据的择优融合,不仅算法简单,而且能有效提高不确定雷达系统的跟踪精度和可靠性.  相似文献

由于硬件、软件或传输故障等,用于流量矩阵估计的简单网络管理协议(Simple Network Mamagement Protocol, SNMP)数据可能包含脏数据,从而影响流量矩阵的精度.针对这个问题,提出一种基于SNMP的脏数据处理模型,摆脱了原有SNMP脏数据处理需要源-目的节点对间流量大规模测量的限制.基于交替投影方法,对此模型提出求得L0范数最小的稀疏脏数据处理方法.该算法降低了网络测量开销和时间复杂度,易于实现.实验表明,该算法对脏数据校正也有较高精度.  相似文献

作战指挥系统的重要任务之一就是对获得的或/和探测到的目标空间位置数据进行处理(称为位置探测数据处理,滤波和数据融合等都属于这方面的技术)。由于位置探测数据处理是由计算机完成的。所以位置探测数据处理方法的选择都不可避免地受到当时计算机运算速度等技术的限制。随着计算机技术的发展。计算机对位置探测数据处理计算量的限制正在大幅度地减弱。那么那些在“老的”计算机限制下选用的位置探测数据处理方法是否还适应现在需求,是否有必要在“新的”计算机平台上重新研究和选用新的位置探测数据处理方法以适应未来军事的需求。新的位置探测数据处理方法可能改进领域和相关的解决方法,以及位置探测数据处理发展方向和趋势是本文研讨的主要内容。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
