新型艉轴密封装置的有限元分析与设计   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用ANSYS软件对新型艉轴密封结构进行了有限元分析。首先利用非线性壳单元、层合壳单元以及实体单元建立了艉轴密封结构的有限元模型,在此基础上确定了弹簧金属片的最大应力区域、得到了弹簧组结构的刚度曲线、补偿量-比压曲线,最后对艉轴密封结构在轴向、径向周期激励共同作用下的振动特性进行了分析,并讨论了弹簧金属片形状及厚度对结构密封性的影响。数值结果表明了该新型艉轴密封结构的实用性。  相似文献

传统的端面变形分析方法,计算出的数据与真实数据之间存在较大差值,导致得到的分析结果并不准确,为此提出了新式船舶艉轴环机械密封装置,端面变形分析方法。该方法利用虚拟技术,生成轴环密封装置三维效果图,通过应变函数建立端面变形分析模型。依据密封动环的最初受力大小,计算动环端面比压;根据橡胶材料的非线性特征,计算橡胶静环端面的有限元,分析静环的位移变化量,以此分析导致密封装置端面变形的因素。实验结果表明:与传统方法相比,所提出的分析方法,计算出的各项数据与真实数据之间的偏差极小,分析出的结果更加精确。由此可见,所提出的方法更适用于分析导致艉轴环密封装置端面变形的因素。  相似文献

非接触式艉轴端面密封具备低泄漏、无磨损、高寿命等优点,但螺旋桨周期性击水而产生的周期性振动以及往复性轴向窜动都对密封的动态抗干扰性能提出了挑战.本文基于摄动法,求解得到艉轴密封的动态雷诺方程和动态性能参数,并采用有限元法进行求解,分析多种膜厚变工况下的密封动态性能.研究结果表明:转速的增加使得密封具有更大的刚度系数、阻尼系数以及更好的动态性能;而压差的增大会减小密封的刚度系数,不利于密封的动态性能;密封端面间流体膜的厚度越小,其具有越大的刚度系数,而阻尼系数略有减小,有利于密封的动态性能;因此艉轴端面密封适合于高转速、低压差、小膜厚的运行工况.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
