通过室内试验和工程实际应用,研究了基于电化学综合法的混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀检测与评价技术。首先通过3组试件试验研究不同腐蚀条件、不同测试条件对混凝土电阻率、半电池电位和腐蚀电流密度3种电化学检测结果的影响规律,得到电化学综合法检测混凝土中钢筋锈蚀状况的递进式评定准则。以某高桩码头检测项目为依托,采用电化学综合法对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀状况进行检测,并根据该递进式评定准则对钢筋锈蚀情况进行综合评价。结果表明,基于电化学综合法的混凝土中钢筋锈蚀检测与评价技术可有效提高钢筋锈蚀状况检测的准确性和可靠性。  相似文献

基于锈蚀钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件承载力试验研究结果,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对锈蚀钢筋混凝土大偏心构件进行分析,通过温度场模拟钢筋锈蚀作用,得到锈蚀构件破坏特征及承载力随锈蚀程度的变化规律。经对比试验结果,该有限元模型数值计算与试验结果能较好吻合,温度场模拟钢筋锈蚀较理想。对不同直径钢筋影响受压柱承载力和裂缝分布规律进一步分析,结果表明:同等条件下,随着钢筋直径增加,钢筋锈胀力减小,裂缝开裂分布区域发生变化。  相似文献

为了分析受盐侵蚀作用后混凝土内锈蚀钢筋的力学性能退化规律,对预制开裂混凝土构件进行了近4年的"氯盐干湿循环——自然锈蚀"试验,从而得到了一批局部坑蚀明显、且呈现全面锈蚀的钢筋样本.通过锈蚀钢筋的坑蚀深度测定、拉伸试验以及有限元分析等研究,对其锈蚀表面特性、力学性能退化规律以及数值计算模型的有效性进行了探讨.研究结果表明:氯盐干湿环境下,裂缝的存在加剧了钢筋局部锈蚀的程度,使钢筋出现局部坑蚀和大面积均匀锈蚀的全面锈蚀;随着平均截面损失率η_(avg)的增加,锈蚀钢筋的屈服平台逐渐缩短,η_(avg)为5.77%时,钢筋屈服平台消失;经回归拟合,锈蚀钢筋的名义屈服强度、名义极限强度及伸长率等性能随η_(avg)(6%)的增大呈线性下降;建立了锈蚀钢筋力学性能预测的有限元模型,其预测值与试验值吻合良好.相关研究结果可为锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的性能评价提供一定参考.  相似文献

混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀是影响其使用寿命的一个主要因素,因此对其锈蚀状况进行测试及量化研究具有非常重要的意义,本研究首先建立了基于检测信号的钢筋锈蚀量测算模型,然后通过线性极化法对不同外部环境下模拟混凝土孔溶液中钢筋钝化与腐蚀过程中的锈蚀电流密度值进行了测试,并基于测算模型计算钢筋锈蚀量值,最后通过钢筋失重率测试结果及曲线拟合方法对模型的参数进行修正。通过备用试件的实测结果发现该修正后的测算模型能显著提高实际钢筋锈蚀量的检测精度。  相似文献

给出CFRP布加固锈蚀RC梁抗弯承栽能力试验研究的结果.共浇筑了10根试件(150 mm×250 mm×1400 mm),其中2根试件作为基准梁既不腐蚀也不加固,2根试件进行腐蚀但不加固,其余6根试件腐蚀后并用不同层数CFRP布加固.腐蚀试件的锈胀裂缝宽度均达到0.3 mm.四点弯曲抗弯承载力试验研究结果表明:钢筋锈蚀质量损失小于5%时,结构的承载能力没有明显退化;粘贴1层、2层和3层CFRP加固腐蚀梁的极限荷载相对未加固梁的极限荷载分别平均提高了29.3%,41.8%和57.0%.此外,在腐蚀较为严重的华南沿海某码头结构加固工程中的成功应用表明,采用碳纤维布加固腐蚀码头结构,效果良好.  相似文献

为了研究钢管混凝土柱在低周反复荷载作用下组合材料横截面刚度对其性能的影响,以果园港二期工程上的钢管混凝土柱为原型,对3根钢管混凝土柱进行低周反复加载试验。通过控制试件钢管厚度进行物理模型试验,研究钢管厚度对钢管混凝土柱耗能性能、承载性能、强度退化、刚度退化、延性和变形能力的影响。试验结果表明:随着试件钢管厚度的增加,试件的能量耗散系数与等效黏滞阻尼系数均随之减小,试件的耗能能力随之变弱;钢管厚度越小,钢管混凝土柱试件的耗能性能越好。钢管越厚,对核心混凝土的约束作用就越强,强度退化就越弱,试件塑性变形能力就越好。钢管越厚,外包钢管对核心混凝土约束作用就越强,水平承载能力越高。  相似文献

钢筋锈蚀是引起混凝土结构耐久性问题的首要原因,钢筋锈蚀不仅导致自身截面损失,力学性能降低,同时引起混凝土开裂和降低与混凝土的黏结强度。为在较短期限内获得大量锈蚀钢筋试件,国内外学者多采用通电加速锈蚀方法。文中,研究氯离子侵蚀下的混凝土试块内钢筋的通电加速锈蚀问题,在运用Fick定律计算获得钢筋起锈时间的前提下,基于Faraday电解定律,推导并获得了钢筋锈蚀率的计算公式,并最终得到试验验证。研究结论和试验方法可为通电加速试验在实验室中的运用提供参考依据。  相似文献

加筋板是船体结构的主要组成部分,针对船用加筋板试件在疲劳试验过程中连接段先于考核段破坏的技术问题,文章开展了加筋板拉伸疲劳试验技术研究,提出了加筋板拉伸疲劳试件设计方法。在此基础上,依据疲劳累积损伤理论,结合声发射动态裂纹检测技术,建立了基于声发射技术的疲劳累积损伤试验方法。通过加筋板拉伸疲劳试验验证了该方法的可行性和适用性,实现了疲劳试验的考核目标,可为以后类似结构疲劳试验提供方法参考。  相似文献

文章以加筋板拉伸疲劳试件设计为例,利用有限元方法对其疲劳试件应力分布情况进行了研究,得到了疲劳试件高应力区域;对影响试件疲劳强度的过渡段面板长度、球头端口结构型式、圆弧半径以及加强方式等主要因素进行了详细研究,提出了疲劳试件设计方法;利用该方法成功地对加筋板疲劳试件进行了优化设计,实现了疲劳试验的主要考核目的,为以后类似疲劳试件设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
