旁通阀控制策略对增压汽油机瞬态响应性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
针对带旁通阀的废气涡轮增压汽油机,采用试验和仿真相结合的方法建立基于GT‐Power的汽油机稳态模型。运用BP神经网络法建立燃烧模型,得到增压汽油机瞬态模型。采用PID控制对原机旁通阀控制策略进行优化,通过优化后的旁通阀控制策略对汽油机瞬态响应质量参数———平均有效压力、瞬态响应时间和增压器瞬态转速进行分析。结果表明:优化后的旁通阀控制策略可以在汽油机的中高速范围内显著地缩短发动机的瞬态响应时间,同时保证汽油机增压压力与增压器转速都处于安全范围之内。  相似文献

对装有可变喷嘴涡轮增压器(VNT)的柴油机客车在高原地区与平原地区上的起动、起步加速、换挡加速及减速等变工况下瞬态特性进行了试验研究。对VNT的瞬时转速、发动机转速、汽车速度等参数进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,起动时,VNT转速滞后于发动机的转速;起步加速工况,VNT转速随发动机转速变化的瞬态响应快;换挡加速工况,VNT的转速随发动机转速增加而增加;减速工况,发动机转速下降,VNT转速呈现下降趋势。VNT的有效调节,控制了涡轮不超速,可以改善涡轮增压柴油机的瞬态特性,有利于整车变工况行驶性能的提高。  相似文献

通过分析发动机典型瞬态过程中的各个参数变化及能量传递关系,提出了一个通用的评价涡轮增压柴油机瞬态响应性能的方法,建立了发动机的关键结构参数、涡轮增压器尺寸、初始运行工况参数与瞬态响应性能指标的显式关系。采用一维计算模型对提出的评价指标在不同机型上进行了计算验证。研究结果表明,提出的涡轮增压柴油机瞬态性能评价方法适用性强,且在整机设计的初始阶段就能够定量研究瞬态性能并判别设计方案的可行性。  相似文献

将所设计的JK90S转叶式可变喷嘴涡轮增压器进行了涡轮性能试验。试验结果表明,它能够有效地调节涡轮特性。进行了可变喷嘴涡轮增压器与WD615柴油机的匹配试验,并将匹配结果与原机进行了试验比较;结果表明,柴油机低速动力性和部分负荷低速燃油消耗都得到了改善。  相似文献

分别采用4种方法优化了某涡轮增压器特性曲线,并将计算结果与输入的测量点数据进行了对比,确定了适合优化所用涡轮流量-压比曲线的最佳方法。利用AMESim软件建立了某汽油机整机热力学仿真模型,并对该发动机全负荷工况的主要参数进行了标定。将所得涡轮特性曲线用于该涡轮增压汽油机的排气歧管优化匹配研究中。结果表明,合理匹配排气歧管可以使该机中低速扭矩和燃油消耗率分别实现5.2%和5%的改善。  相似文献

The demand for continually improving the transient performance of diesel engines requires higher rail pressure and more efficient turbocharger. Before the test, a two-stage turbocharger with a turbine by-pass valve (TBV) had been matched reasonably with the base engine. In order to reduce smoke emission under the typical 5-second transient process of constant speed and increasing torque, the influence of rail pressure on combustion, emissions and performance characteristics was experimentally investigated. The results showed that the two-stage turbocharger was helpful in improving transient performance. Moreover, the full-stage rail pressure (FSRP) strategies (increasing rail pressure during the whole transient process) could reduce smoke emission when the TBV was closed. However, smoke deteriorated once TBV opening got larger. Then the sectional-stage rail pressure (SSRP) strategies (increasing rail pressure from a pre-set load to 100 % load) were presented under small TBV opening to improve in-cylinder thermal condition. Hence, the air-fuel mixing process was improved at medium and large loads. Then the maximum decline of smoke opacity peak was 56.3 %, which happened under 10 % TBV opening. In addition, fuel consumption of FSRP strategies got worse under larger TBV opening. However, this deterioration situation could be effectively restrained by the utilization of SSRP strategies.  相似文献

针对某车用重型柴油机进行了二级增压系统匹配研究,根据产品开发目标要求选择了高、低二级增压器。采用GT-Power软件建立了二级增压柴油机仿真模型,并对柴油机外特性稳态工况性能进行了模拟计算,分析了二级增压系统能量分配对柴油机性能的影响规律。建立了二级增压柴油机测试平台,并进行了外特性、万有特性及排放特性试验。模拟及试验结果表明,二级增压系统可以大幅提高柴油机低速扭矩,改善燃油经济性,拓宽柴油机燃油经济性运行区域,大幅降低柴油机PM排放。  相似文献

From our perspective, a global technology development should be focused on resolving the issues of environmental impact and conservation of available natural energy resources. New technological solutions and alternative fuels, such as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), have increasingly more application for modern engines and vehicles. If we take into account the situation in city transport, where primarily vehicles with diesel engines are used, a strategic proposal is to begin by retrofitting these into bi-fuel or dedicated Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs). This paper analyzes the retrofit of a diesel bus into dedicated NGV. To confirm the safety of the vehicle in city transport, we addressed the problem of mounting a gas rack with CNG cylinders on the roof of a retrofitted city bus, according to UN ECE Regulation No. 110. This assembly is the most critical part of the retrofitted bus because of the concentration of stress due to increased mass and the application of a specific installation for supply of CNG from the cylinders to the engine. These regulations must be met in all parts of the vehicle, but we only focused on those areas affected by the retrofit to NGV.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the mechanisms of combustion noise during the accelerating operation of multi-cylinder diesel engines using testing technology for the transient conditions of IC engines. Based on impact factors, such as the gas dynamic load and cylinder pressure oscillations, tests and analysis of the combustion noise during transient and steady-state conditions for different loads are made on four-cylinder naturally aspirated engines, turbocharged engines, EGR-introduced engines, and high pressure common rail engines. The laws of combustion noise difference for the same engine speed and load are researched during transient and steady-state conditions. It is found that during transient conditions, the maximum pressure rise rate and the high frequency oscillation amplitude of the cylinder pressure are all higher than those observed during steadystate conditions for the same engine speed and load. With their joint action, the combustion noise during transient conditions is greater than that during steady-state conditions. Turbocharging is useful in reducing the combustion noise during transient conditions. Turbocharging has a better effect on the control over the combustion noise during transient conditions with a constant engine speed and an increasing torque than in conditions with a constant torque and an increasing engine speed. One of the main reasons for different control effects on the combustion noise is that turbocharging causes different wall temperatures inside combustion chambers. The introduction of the appropriate EGR is helpful in the reduction of the combustion noise during transient conditions. The key to the control of combustion noise with EGR during transient conditions is whether a real-time adjustment to the EGR rate can be made to achieve the optimization of the EGR rates for different transient conditions. By means of analyzing the differences in the combustion noise between the transient and steady-state conditions for different pilot injection controls, we obtain a strategy for controlling the combustion noise during transient conditions with a pilot injection. Compared with the steady-state conditions, a larger pilot injection quantity and a longer interval between the main injection and pilot injection should be selected for transient conditions, and this is verified through tests.  相似文献

利用发动机模拟计算软件BOOST建立了495ZLQ柴油机的计算分析模型,探讨分析了不同增压器型式、排气管结构、压缩比及供油提前角等匹配参数对整机性能的影响,并确定了较合适的匹配参数。对选定的柴油机优化方案进行了标定转速3 200 r/min和最大扭矩转速2 200 r/min下的负荷特性模拟计算分析与试验验证。结果表明,模拟计算结果与试验值较为一致,柴油机性能符合预定的目标,为该柴油机改进设计与试验研究提供理论依据和研究方向。  相似文献

根据稀燃增压点燃电控调压式CNG发动机的特点,设计了起动及怠速控制策略,对目标怠速、节气门开度、废气旁通阀开度、燃气供给压差、点火提前角、点火能量、空燃比等参数进行控制。在6缸直列单一CNG发动机上进行了起动及怠速调速试验。试验结果表明:通过优化起动燃气供给量、初始节气门开度、起动点火提前角等参数,可以实现CNG发动机快速、可靠起动;通过标定怠速节气门调速和点火提前角调速控制参数,实现了怠速工况稳定运行。  相似文献

A numerical engine mapping methodology is proposed for the engine performance and fuel consumption map generation. An integrated model is developed by coupling a single cylinder GT-Power® engine model with a MATLAB/ Simulink® based boost system model to simulate a turbocharged diesel engine over the entire engine operating speed and load ranges within reasonable computational constraints. A single cylinder engine model with the built-in multi-zone combustion modeling option in GT-Power® is configured as a predictive engine model. The cycle averaged simulation result from the engine model is used as the boundary conditions of the boost system including intake and exhaust manifolds and a turbocharger. The boost system model developed in MATLAB/Simulink® platform calculates the intake and exhaust conditions which are fed back to the engine model. The integrated system model predicts the performance and fuel consumption of a turbocharged diesel engine with better predictive capability than mean value engine models. Its computational time is fast enough to simulate the engine over the entire engine operation range compared to multi-cylinder engine models.  相似文献

Environmental improvement and energy issues are increasingly becoming more important as worldwide concerns. Natural gas is a good alternative fuel that can help to improve these issues because of its large quantity and clean burning characteristics. This paper provides the experimental performance results of a Bi-Fuel engine that uses Compressed Natural Gas as its Primary fuel and gasoline as its secondary fuel. This engine is a modification of the basic 1.4-liter gasoline engine. Generally, on the unmodified base engine, torque and power for CNG fuel are considerably lower than gasoline fuel. 将一台CA488汽油机改造为电控可调涡轮增压天然气发动机。该发动机采用了电控多点燃气顺序喷射技术、电控高能点火技术、可调喷嘴涡轮增压技术及中冷技术。试验研究表明,采用可调喷嘴涡轮增压技术可提高发动机的进气量,优化增压器在全工况范围内与发动机的匹配,大幅度提高发动机的动力性与经济性:增压后天然气发动机的最大功率与原汽油机相当,低速转矩特性明显改善,同时发动机使用经济性也得到提高。  相似文献

利用台架试验数据校准了增压直喷汽油机一维性能仿真模型,应用校准后的模型研究了低速(1 500r/min)全负荷工况不同排气歧管长度下排气阀口与涡轮机入口处的压力波动特性,并对压力波动形态与低速增压压力的建立、瞬态响应、缸内充气效率等的关联性进行了深入分析。研究结果表明:在现有排气歧管结构形式下,在低转速宜采用较短歧管,从而有望获得更高的增压压力和扭矩;相继工作的气缸不宜在涡轮机前共用一根排气总管,否则容易引起废气倒流,而且歧管越短倒流越严重;排气歧管中的压力波在传向涡轮机入口过程中被"均值化",不能充分应用排气压力波动效应来提高低速扭矩和改善增压延迟。  相似文献

为了降低重型增压燃气发动机燃料消耗和热负荷,并使之运行在稀薄燃烧区,设计了一种宽域氧(UEGO)传感器控制器和基于此控制器快速实现稀薄燃烧控制的方法。该控制器通过采集UEGO、发动机转速和进气压力等信号,精确计算得到当前工况下的空燃比值,并与可标定的目标空燃比值进行比较,判断当前混合气的浓稀状态,向基于理论空燃比控制的燃气发动机ECU实时输出模拟的开关型氧传感器信号。试验表明:控制器结合基于理论空燃比控制的ECU能实现燃气发动机理论空燃比燃烧和稀薄燃烧组合模式的闭环控制。  相似文献

-Recently, regulation of NOx and PM emission in diesel engines has become stricter and the EGR system has been expanded into a dual loop EGR system to increase EGR rate as well as to utilize exhaust gas strategically. In terms of engine combustion characteristics, burnt gas fraction is becoming an important factor of solving the NOx and PM emission reduction problem more efficiently but conventional controller focused only pressure and air flow rate targets. Unlike the previous studies, this paper describes a model based burnt gas fraction control structure for a diesel engine with a dual loop EGR and a turbocharger. Feedforward control inputs based on burnt gas fraction states aids in the precise control of diesel engines, especially in transient states by considering coupled behavior within the system. For the controller validation, a control oriented reduced order model of a diesel engine air management system is established to simplify the control input computation and its stability is proved by analysing the internal dynamics stability. Then, a sliding mode controller is designed and controller robustness at certain operating points is validated using an HiLS bench.  相似文献

按照欧洲排放法规ISO 8178.4规定的八工况法、五工况法分别对增压柴油机(LR4100TZ和LR4100 TZE)和自然吸气式柴油机(YTR3105)进行了排放特性的试验研究,并对增压柴油机的各工况排放特性及经济性进行了分析。结果表明,增压柴油机在中间转速时排放工况分担率较高,自然吸气式柴油机排放工况分担率集中在中、低负荷,而高负荷排放较低,增压柴油机采用电控喷油可进一步降低NOx排放和燃油消耗率。  相似文献
