Numerical simulation of the anti-shock performance of a gear case   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Both sea battles and testing of ship in underwater explosions reveal unacceptably poor anti-shock performance of important shipboard equipment. Anti-shock performance of shipboard equipment is a significant factor determining fighting strength and survivability. The anti-shock performance of a shipboard gear case based on BV043/85 was investigated using numerical simulation. A geometric model of the gear case was built using MDT software and meshed in HyperMesh software, and then the finite element model of the gear case was formed. Using ABAQUS software, the anti-shock performance of the gear case was simulated. First, shock response of typical regions of gear case was determined. Next, some generalizations were made about the anti-shock performance of the gear case by analyzing the Mises stress of typical regions varied with shock inputs. Third, weak regions were determined from simulation results. The threshold values of shock resistance of the gear case at different impulse widths were obtained through interpolating the numerical simulation results selected from the most dangerous spot. This research provides a basis for further optimization of the design of gear cases.  相似文献

[Objective]This paper aims to establish a dynamic model of a floating raft vibration isolation system with a liquid tank in order to study the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate on acoustic performance. [Methods]A floating raft system with a cuboidal or cylindrical liquid tank is taken as the research object, and a fluid-structure coupling finite element dynamic model is established. The dynamic force transmission rate and power flow are then used to evaluate the acoustic performance of the system. The influence of the mass effect of the liquid medium, tank form, structural stiffness and loading rate of tank volume on the acoustic performance of the floating raft system are analyzed.[Results]The results show similar laws obtained through the calculation and analysis of the floating raft system with two types of tanks. The structural stiffness of the tank affects the mass effect of the liquid medium in the tank to a certain extent. [Conclusions]If full advantage is to be taken of the liquid mass effect in the tank with a large loading rate to improve the acoustic performance of the floating raft system, the design of the liquid tank and raft structure must have sufficient stiffness. In addition, under the condition that the floating raft structure has sufficient stiffness, its acoustic performance will improve significantly as the tank loading rate increases in the relevant low frequency range. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. For the structural-acoustic radiation optimization problem under external loading,acoustic radiation power was considered to be an objective function in the optimization method. The finite element method(FEM) and boundary element method(BEM) were adopted in numerical calculations,and structural response and the acoustic response were assumed to be de-coupled in the analysis. A genetic algorithm was used as the strategy in optimization. In order to build the relational expression of the pressure objective function and the power objective function,the enveloping surface model was used to evaluate pressure in the acoustic domain. By taking the stiffened panel structural-acoustic optimization problem as an example,the acoustic power and field pressure after optimized was compared. Optimization results prove that this method is reasonable and effective.  相似文献

Based on wave theory, blocking mass impeding propagation of flexural waves was analyzed with force excitation applied on a ship pedestal. The analysis model of a complex structure was developed by combining statistical energy analysis and the finite element method. Based on the hybrid FE-SEA method, the vibro-acoustic response of a complex structure was solved. Then, the sound radiation of a cylindrical shell model influenced by blocking mass was calculated in mid/high frequency. The result shows that blocking mass has an obvious effect on impeding propagation. The study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for application of the blocking mass to structure-borne sound propagation control.  相似文献

Fracture processes in ship-building structures are in many cases of a 3-D character.A finite element (FE) model of an all fracture mode (AFM) specimen was built for the study of 3-D mixed mode crack fracture behavior including modes I,II,and III.The stress intensity factors (SIFs) were calculated by the modified virtual crack closure integral (MVCCI) method,and the crack initiation angle assessment was based on a recently developed 3-D fracture criterion––the Richard criterion.It was shown that the FE model of the AFM-specimen is applicable for investigations under general mixed mode loading conditions,and the computational results of crack initiation angles are in agreement with some available experimental findings.Thus,the applicability of the FE model of the AFM-specimen for mixed mode loading conditions and the validity of the Richard criterion can be demonstrated.  相似文献

Experiments involving a sonar platform with a sound absorption wedge were carried out for the purpose of obtaining the low frequency acoustic characteristics. Acoustic characteristics of a sonar platform model with a sound absorption wedge were measured, and the effects of different wedge laid areas on platform acoustic characteristic were tested. Vibration acceleration and self-noise caused by model vibration were measured in four conditions: 0%, 36%, 60%, and 100% of wedge laid area when the sonar platform was under a single frequency excitation force. An experiment was performed to validate a corresponding numerical calculation. The numerical vibration characteristics of platform area were calculated by the finite element method, and self-noise caused by the vibration in it was predicted by an experiential formula. The conclusions prove that the numerical calculation method can partially replace the experimental process for obtaining vibration and sound characteristics.  相似文献

This paper proposes the finite element simplified fatigue analysis method for fatigue evaluation of the composite non-tubular joint structure of an offshore jacket subjected to wave loads. The skirt pile sleeve of the offshore jacket, which had been in service, was taken as an example of the non-tubular joint structure. SACS software was used for global analysis of multi-directional wave loads for the jacket platform, and ALGOR software was used to build a finite element model, perform finite element analysis, post-process stress results for acquiring the stress range, and perform fatigue evaluation. The analysis results indicate that the extreme stress range is within the allowable stress range and meets the requirements of DNV code. That means the simplified fatigue analysis method is effective and can be used in fatigue design for the non-tubular joint structure of an offshore jacket.  相似文献

In this paper a 3D numerical model was developed to study the complicated interaction between waves and a set of tandem fixed cylinders.The fluid was considered to be inviscid and irrotational.Therefore,the Helmholtz equation was used as a governing equation.The boundary element method(BEM) was adopted to discretize the relevant equations.Open boundaries were used in far fields of the study domain.Linear waves were generated and propagated towards tandem fixed cylinders to estimate the forces applied on them.Special attention was paid to consideration of the effect on varying non-dimensional cylinder radius and distance between cylinders,ka and kd on forces and trapped modes.The middle cylinder wave forces and trapped modes in a set of nine tandem cylinders were validated utilizing analytical data.The comparisons confirm the accuracy of the model.The results of the inline wave force estimation on n tandem cylinders show that the critical cylinder in the row is the middle one for odd numbers of cylinders.Furthermore the results show that the critical trapped mode effect occurs for normalized cylinder radiuses close to 0.5 and 1.0.Finally the force estimation for n tandem cylinders confirms that force amplitude of the middle cylinder versus normalized separation distance fluctuates about that of a single cylinder.  相似文献

Study on the dynamic response, and especially the nonlinear dynamic response of stiffened plates is complicated by their discontinuity and inhomogeneity. The finite element method (FEM) and the finite strip method are usually adopted in their analysis. Although many useful conclusions have been obtained, the computational cost is enormous. Based on some assumptions, the dynamic plastic response of clamped stiffened plates with large deflections was theoretically investigated herein by a singly symmetric beam model. Firstly, the deflection conditions that a plastic string must satisfy were obtained by the linearized moment-axial force interaction curve for singly symmetric cross sections and the associated plastic flow rule. Secondly, the possible motion mechanisms of the beam under different load intensity were analysed in detail. For structures with plastic deformations, a simplified method was then given that the arbitrary impact load can be replaced equivalently by a rectangular pulse. Finally, to confirm the validity of the proposed method, the dynamic plastic response of a one-way stiffened plate with four fully clamped edges was calculated. The theoretical results were in good agreement with those of FEM. It indicates that the present calculation model is easy and feasible, and the equivalent substitution of load almost has no influence on the final deflection.  相似文献

A three dimensional numerical model of nonlinear wave action on a quasi-ellipse caisson in a time domain was developed in this paper. Navier-Stokes equations were solved by the finite difference method, and the volume of fluid (VOF) method was employed to trace the free surface. The partial cell method was used to deal with the irregular boundary typical of this type of problem during first-time wave interaction with the structure, and a satisfactory result was obtained. The numerical model was verified and used to investigate the effects of the relative wave height H/d, relative caisson width kD, and relative length-width ratio B/D on the wave forces of the quasi-ellipse caisson. It was shown that the relative wave height H/d has a significant effect on the wave forces of the caisson. Compared with the non-dimensional inline wave force, the relative length-width ratio B/D was shown to have significant influence on the non-dimensional transverse wave force.  相似文献

为解决锚机测试设备存在的加载力、测试精度和实时性等问题,本文设计了一种塔架式动载试验台和液压缸式静载试验台相结合的大型锚机试验台,该试验台可进行200吨动载试验和400吨静载试验。针对试验塔架的几何结构,应用ANSYS有限元软件,对试验塔架进行理论强度分析、模态分析及特征值屈曲分析。建立的塔架有限元模型以及计算结果能为同类塔架的设计和优化提供理论依据。  相似文献

利用ANSYS软件对新型艉轴密封结构进行了有限元分析。首先利用非线性壳单元、层合壳单元以及实体单元建立了艉轴密封结构的有限元模型,在此基础上确定了弹簧金属片的最大应力区域、得到了弹簧组结构的刚度曲线、补偿量-比压曲线,最后对艉轴密封结构在轴向、径向周期激励共同作用下的振动特性进行了分析,并讨论了弹簧金属片形状及厚度对结构密封性的影响。数值结果表明了该新型艉轴密封结构的实用性。  相似文献

以深海逃逸舱O形密封圈为研究对象,采用ABAQUS软件建立2维轴对称有限元模型,针对O形圈的安装预压缩、单侧海水施压和双侧海水施压3种工况开展密封性能及力学特性研究,并以O形圈截面直径、压缩率和海水环境压力为变量因素分析其对O形圈密封性能和力学特性的影响。结果表明:所选O形圈在特定变量范围内的密封性能良好,不发生失效现象;O形圈安装预紧力随其截面直径、压缩率的增大而显著增大;逃逸舱解脱过程中,O形圈对其产生的作用合力表现为对对接法兰面的顶推力,该顶推力有利于逃逸舱解脱,且其大小随O形圈直径和压缩率的增大而增大。研究结论可为逃逸舱连接及解脱装置的设计提供参考依据。  相似文献

以舱段质量为目标函数,以相关规范要求的板厚及应力为约束条件,通过灵敏度分析确定设计变量,对油船中部结构优化。构建基于粒子群优化的BP神经网络模型,并代替有限元分析确定应力与设计变量之间关系,从而对舱段进行结构优化。优化后舱段质量降低了4.2%,优化后的有限元分析结果表明满足规范要求,PSOBP神经网络模型在船舶结构优化设计中具有可行性。  相似文献

结合有限元法、拓扑优化理论以及尺寸优化理论,对某锚机机架进行了系统的创新设计。首先根据锚机设计参数确定该机架的基本尺寸和材料参数,以此建立机架有限元模型,并在此基础上建立拓扑优化模型,得出该机架的最佳传力路径;再根据优化结果建立了三种设计方案的壳单元数值模型和相应的包含离散变量的尺寸优化模型,进行机架的详细设计和比较分析,得出最优机架结构。  相似文献

基于Kriging模型对深潜多球交接耐压壳进行了结构优化研究.通过试验设计选取样本点,采用非线性有限元方法计算样本的极限强度,建立了Kriging模型,针对不同工作深度的耐压壳进行结构优化.研究结果表明,Kriging模型具有较高的精度,并且克服了优化算法与非线性有限元模型直接结合所带来的计算量巨大且难以得到正确的梯度信息的困难,是求解深潜多球交接耐压壳结构优化问题的有效途径.  相似文献

根据船舶尾管轴承的实际工况,提出了一种较完善的尾管轴承润滑性能计算数学模型.利用流体动力润滑理论和有限元法对数学模型进行了求解,对船舶尾管轴承的润滑特性参数作了计算。在此基础上,建立了尾管轴承优化设计的数学模型,分别以功耗最小、“最小油膜厚度”最大为优化目标,通过改变长径比、间隙比、偏角比对尾管轴承进行了优化设计.在尾管轴承模拟试验台上对以功耗最小为优化目标的优化结果作了试验验证。  相似文献
