本文对22000m^3液化气船进行了整船和舱段三维有限元强度计算分析,建立了整船和船体主舱段的三维有限元结构模型,通过节点力的自动加载和惯性平衡处理4技术建立有限元模型的节点载荷。在中拱和中垂弯矩作用下,计算出船体在压载和满载工况下的船体应力和变形。通过对船体舱段的边界处理技术,计算出受船体总强度影响的船体舱段局部强度,对船体强度作出判断,为改进船体结构设计提供依据。 相似文献

按照中国船级社《钢质内河船舶建造规范》修改通报(2012)要求对45 m车客渡船2种工况下Fr25至Fr65(包括两端横舱壁)的舱段区域进行了有限元强度分析.利用MSC.PATRAN有限元软件建立了舱段有限元模型,给出了边界条件施加方法和载荷计算方法.计算结果表明,舱段各构件均满足规范要求,对安全生产和定期维护具有重要的意义. 相似文献

采用大型通用有限元分析软件MSC .Nastran,分别对25 000DWT单壳、双壳散货船进行了横向强度的有限元分析,得出了在不同工况中舱段内货物压力、舷外水压力、波浪压力等作用下船体舱段结构的结构响应,并对两船的计算结果进行了对比分析.计算结果对单双壳散货船的设计具有指导意义. 相似文献

以某航海教学实习船机舱为原型,建立机舱三舱段有限元模型,确定振动预报模型边界条件,选择发电柴油机组悬着位置作为力激励点,采用有限元/边界元法预测了机舱集控室和机修间声功率级,对比分析该两舷侧对称舱室场点声压级云图。计算各壁板对值班轮机员右耳位置声压的贡献度,验证以浮动地板为基础的浮动舱室设计可以有效降低舱室噪声。将此振动-声辐射耦合系统简化为箱形多腔结构,建立多腔结构及其单元腔室有限元模型,进行船舶机舱模型振动-声辐射实验,仿真结果与实验测量结果吻合较好,验证仿真方法的有效性。总结出船舶机舱舱段模型振声数值预报通用方法及流程,对指导船舶减振降噪有借鉴价值。 相似文献

The application of non-metallic light weight pipeline (LWP) in subsea oil/gas transmission system is subject to subsea pipeline on-bottom stability problem because of their light weight. Additional weight required for the stabilization of subsea LWP is a critical item to consider when decreasing the cost of the pipeline system. This paper presents an effective approach to determine the additional weight by utilizing a reliability-based assessment of subsea LWP against on-bottom stability. In the approach, a dynamic non-linear finite element model (FEM), including a model of fluids-pipe-soil interaction for the subsea pipeline, is used to study the pipeline displacement response. In-place analysis of a flexible pipe is presented as an example of the authors' methodology. Results show that displacements are largely affected with and without considering the lift force. Additionally, the uncertainties of all parameters used in the model are considered. With 145 cases of FEM calculations being the samples, a response surface model (RSM) is developed to predict the pipeline lateral displacement using the software Design-Expert. Combing with the RSM equation, the Monte Carlo simulation method is employed to estimate the probability of exceeding pipeline stability. To calculate the reliability of LWP for different submerged weights, the method introduces a calibrated factor into the serviceability limit state (SLS) function. The proposed approach can be used to determine the additional weight required for the on-bottom stability of subsea pipelines while considering the uncertainties of all relevant parameters. 相似文献

Study on the dynamic response, and especially the nonlinear dynamic response of stiffened plates is complicated by their discontinuity and inhomogeneity. The finite element method (FEM) and the finite strip method are usually adopted in their analysis. Although many useful conclusions have been obtained, the computational cost is enormous. Based on some assumptions, the dynamic plastic response of clamped stiffened plates with large deflections was theoretically investigated herein by a singly symmetric beam model. Firstly, the deflection conditions that a plastic string must satisfy were obtained by the linearized moment-axial force interaction curve for singly symmetric cross sections and the associated plastic flow rule. Secondly, the possible motion mechanisms of the beam under different load intensity were analysed in detail. For structures with plastic deformations, a simplified method was then given that the arbitrary impact load can be replaced equivalently by a rectangular pulse. Finally, to confirm the validity of the proposed method, the dynamic plastic response of a one-way stiffened plate with four fully clamped edges was calculated. The theoretical results were in good agreement with those of FEM. It indicates that the present calculation model is easy and feasible, and the equivalent substitution of load almost has no influence on the final deflection. 相似文献

通过对散货船舱口盖极限强度的理论分析,采用了正交各向异性板及刚塑性模型进行了理论上的推导,并对7万t散货船的1号舱的舱口盖(两块对称滚动式),进行了ILL66及IACS URS21(1998年版与上述ILL66的88议定书中载荷的量级相当)的外载荷的比较及线性和非线性的有限元分析。本文所采用的有限元的线性及弹塑性计算对实际的舱口盖进行评估的结果证明,IACS URS21(ILL66的88议定书)的标准比ILL66的标准有所提高。采用非线性有限元法是在初始设计阶段使用的可行方法。这些结果可供规范研制工作参考。 相似文献

针对船舶的结构特点,文章提出了一种船舶结构参数化有限元分析方法,解决了常规方法中建模效率低以及建立的模型难以修改等问题.该方法运用面向对象的编程技术封装了建模过程中诸如网格划分、构件连接处理等复杂的操作,从而提高了建模的效率.采用参数化的方法建模,在设计的整个周期内都可以通过参数对整个船体结构模型进行修改.建立参数化结构模型与专业有限元软件的接口,通过有限元软件完成结构有限元分析.通过对一条散货船的有限元分析,证明了该方法相对于传统方法的优越性及其工程实用性. 相似文献

In this paper, vibration characteristics of the structure in the finite fluid domain are analyzed using a coupled finite element method. The added mass matrix is calculated with finite element method (FEM) by 8-node acoustic fluid elements. Vibration characteristics of the structure in finite fluid domain are calculated combining structure FEM mass matrix. By writing the relevant programs, numerical analysis on vibration characteristics of a submerged cantilever rectangular plate in finite fluid domain and loaded ship model is performed. A modal identification experiment for the loaded ship model in air and in water is conducted and the experiment results verify the reliability of the numerical analysis. The numerical method can be used for further research on vibration characteristics and acoustic radiation problems of the structure in the finite fluid domain. 相似文献
