Objective To study the expression of interleukin-2 (IL-2), soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R), determine the alteration of erythrocytic immunity and T cell subgroup in the blood of outer circulation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage so and to probe into the relationship between them, and to explore the clinical significance. Methods Enzyme linked immnunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of IL-2 and slL-2R. The immunoadsorption was employed to examine the erythrocytic immune activity and its regulating function. ( S-P) was used to determine the cell number of CD3 (cluster of differentiation3), CD4 and CD8. Resolts The content of IL-2 in the group with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.01), and the content of sIL-2R increased. Red blood cell C3b receptor (RBC. C3bR) and RBC immune adherence enhancing factor (RFEB) dropped greatly (P〈0.01), while RBC immune complex rosette (RBC. ICR) and RBC immune adherence inhibiting factor (RFIR) increased greatly. The cell number of CD3 and CD4decreased (P〈0.01) and there was no obvious change in CD8 (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of immune function was observed in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The determination of the content of IL-2, sIL- 2R, erythrocytic immunity and the activity of T subgroup has an important clinical significance in the occurrence, development, treatment, and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.  相似文献

Objective To find out more extrema simultaneously including global optimum and multiple local optima existed in multi-modal functions. Methods Germinal center is the generator and selector of high-affinity B cells, a multicellular group's artificial immune algorithm was proposed based on the germinal center reaction mechanism of natural immune systems. Main steps of the algorithm were given, including hyper-mutation, selection, memory, similarity suppression and recruitment of B cells and the convergence of it was proved. Results The algorithm has been tested to optimize various multi-modal functions, and the simulation results show that the artificial immune algorithm proposed here can find multiple extremum of these functions with lower computational cost. Conclusion The algorithm is valid and can converge on the satisfactory solution set D with probability 1 and approach to global solution and many local optimal solutions existed.  相似文献

A 70 MPa hydrogen environment fatigue test system has been designed and applied in the manufacture of a hydrogen storage vessel. Key equipment is the 80 MPa flat steel ribbon wound high pressure hydrogen storage vessel. A reasonable stress distribution has been realized, that is low stress in the liner of the pressure vessel and even stress in the flat ribbon layers. This optimal stress distribution is achieved through the adjustment of the prestress in flat steel ribbons. A control system for the fatigue test system has also been designed. It consists of a double control model, i.e. manual control and automatic control, to satisfy different experimental requirements. The system is the unique one that can be used in the real hydrogen environmental fatigue test system in China. An experiment for the 70 MPa onboard composite material hydrogen vessel has been carried out on the system. The experimental result from this test is in close agreement with the practical operating conditions.  相似文献

Synchrotron radiation(SR) X-ray has significant potential for medical applications. However, the mechanisms underlying the effects of SR X-ray on biological tissues remain unclear. Because increasing evidence has indicated critical roles of cluster of differentiation 38(CD38) in various cellular functions and cell survival, in this study we used rodent testes as a model to determine the effects of SR X-ray irradiation on the CD38 level of the testes. We found that SR X-ray irradiation led to a significant increase in the CD38 level of rodent testes one day after the irradiation. In contrast, the SR X-ray irradiation did not produce a significant increase in the CD38 level of the testes from the rats that were administered with the antioxidant N-acetyl cysteine, thus suggesting that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the SR X-ray irradiation-induced increase in the CD38 levels. Our study has also provided evidence suggesting that poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) activity is not involved in the SR X-ray irradiation-produced effect on the CD38 levels. Collectively, this study has provided first in vivo evidence indicating that CD38 levels can be increased by ionizing radiation, in which oxidative stress plays an important role. Because oxidative stress occurs in ionizing radiation as well as such diseases as cerebral ischemia and Parkinson's disease, oxidative stress may produce pathological effects by inducing increased CD38 levels.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function and selenium (Se) level. Methods Forty-nine Kashin-Beck patients in endemic area aged 13- 1 6 years were divided into two groups and were orally given either selenized yeast or sodium selenite to provide 200 μg selenium per day for12 weeks. Erythrocyte selenium level, glutathione peroxidase activity, the rosette formation rates of red blood cells complement receptor typeⅠ (CR1), the immune function of red blood cells, and circulating immune complexes(CIC) were determined. Results After supplementing with selenium for 12 weeks, erythrocyte selenium level, glutathione peroxidase activity, the rosette formation rates of red blood cells CR1 were significantly increased. But the difference in rosette formation rates of IC and CIC content was not significant between before and after Se supplementation. Gonclusion The increase of the immune function of the erythrocyte by selenium-supplement may be one of the effective mechanisms for the prevention of Kashin-Beck disease.  相似文献

本试验检测蛋氨酸—脑啡肽(M—EnK)在缺锌(Zn)组、配对组和对照组小鼠脾细胞对促细胞分裂原和混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC)反应上的效应。试验数据显示M—EnK能抑制以上3组淋巴细胞对ConA的反应,但对缺Zn组的抑制作用较小。M—EnK也能增进所有各组对美洲商陆(PWM)以及减少对脂多糖(LPS)的反应。对ConA、PWM和LPS增殖反应的改变可以被10μmol/L纳络酮所逆转。提示M—EnK在细胞增殖反应上的效应是通过阿片受体介导而实现的。在MLC增殖反应中,在缺少M—EnK时,缺Zn小鼠淋巴细胞的反应增加,M—EnK能抑制这种增加的反应。试验结果表明M—EnK能改变有丝分裂反应方式,Zn缺乏又能影响这种改变。  相似文献

为了观察绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用。用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠CRF模型,并用GP进行防治。结果表明GP组大鼠肾功能明显改善,贫血明显纠正,和病理组大鼠比较差异显著(P<0.01或<0.05)。肾脏病理检查显示,GP组肾小球结构基本正常,间质纤维化不明显,而病理组病损严重,间质明显纤维化。提示GP具有改善肾功能、纠正肾性贫血、延缓CRF进展的作用。  相似文献

为探讨人体低氧条件下循环功能的代偿水平,进行了有关测试。结果显示:高海拔区在总体适应水平上每搏量减少(P<0.01),心输出量及平均动脉压增加(P<0.01),且随高度增加,后两项均需增加(P<0.05)。对于不同群体来说,适应良好者每搏量及总外周阻力不变,心输出量增加(P<0.01);适应不良者每搏量减少(P<0.05),总外周阻力增加,心输出量亦增加但显著性稍差(P<0.05)。推测人体在不同低氧条件下具有不同的心血管适应能力,且该适应能力具有个体差异。  相似文献

Objective To determine whether addition of oligosaccharides to a regular infant formula can lead to changes in the colonic function in vivo, particularly the fecal characteristics. Methods One hundred and two health full term infants were randomly assigned to one of two experimental formula groups: oligosaccharide formula (OF) group or regular formula (RF) group. Fifty breast-fed infants served as a control group during the same period. During the 3 weeks' study, stool characteristics, including stooling frequency, stool consistency, pH and color, were recorded daily by parents. Results The mean fecal frequency of the infants in the OF group was significantly more than those of the RF group ( P < 0. 05 ). The stools of the RF group were significantly harder than those in the OF group( P < 0. 001 ). Although the mean stool pH score and stool color score of infants in the OF group were not significantly different from that of infants in the RF group, it was much closer to that of breast-fed infants. Conclusion The addition of oligosaccharides to a normal infant formula could lead to improvements in fecal characteristics.  相似文献

应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测了139例慢性肝病患者及30例正常对照血清Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果发现,在慢迁肝、慢活肝及肝硬化各组其含量逐渐上升,Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原比值能更好地反映肝纤维化程度。相关性分析表明二者与反映肝细胞损伤指标均不相关。提示Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原比值是判定肝纤维化状况的较可靠指标。  相似文献

通过模拟腹膜透析的动物实验,观察了肾衰口服液(SSOL)对腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响。大鼠分正常对照组、单纯透析液组(A)、合SSOL腹透组(B)。结果显示:①B组净超滤量、腹膜清除率与A组比较均显著增加(P<0.05~0.005);B组透析液中蛋白质含量高于A组,但差异无显著性意义(P>005)。②B组腹膜间皮细胞及间皮细胞连接的损伤程度较A组为轻。提示SSOL能有效提高腹膜透析效能,并能拮抗高渗透析液保护腹膜间皮层结构的完整。  相似文献

将18例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤做原代移植物,移植到CTX免疫抑制鼠SRC,检测了联合化疗敏感性,结合病理学观察,结果:①以对照组△TS≥-0.5omu标准,获可评价率88%(16/18);SRC移植瘤阳性生长81.2%(69/85),零生长7%(6/85),负性生长11.8%(10/85)。②以对照组与实验组△TS(P<0.05),移植瘤消退率≥15%为标准,68.8%(11/16)可评价药物敏感性,对PM、PVF、CVP敏感率分别为54.5%(6/11)、60%(6/10)、63.6%(7/11)。病理学证实,对照组移植瘤名存良好,实验组移植瘤有不同程度的退行性改变。③Ag-NOR计数和DNA含量测定结果,化疗敏感组与对照组之间存在显著差异。证实CTX免疫抑制既SRCA对口腔颌面部部分恶性肿瘤实现个体化疗是一简便快速方法。  相似文献

用四氯化碳致小鼠肝纤维化,分别用促肝细胞生长素(PHGT)和复方丹参注射液进行实验治疗。结果显示:实验治疗组病理显示肝细胞变性坏死经,胶原纤维形成减少,肝细胞再生显著,和复方丹参注射液组相比,无显著差异;透明质酸检测肝纤维化模型组含量明显高于治疗组,而治疗组和对照组相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示PHGT有抗肝纤维化作用,PHGT对小鼠肝纤维化作用的影响主要是肝细胞得到较好的保护,减轻CCl4造成的肝细胞损伤,终止肝细胞变性坏死,抑制肝纤维化的启动因素,使肝细胞再生。  相似文献
