目的探讨陕南燃煤型砷中毒患者内外环境砷、硒水平及对血清P53、B淋巴细胞瘤/白血病-2(BCL-2)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定煤、水、土、玉米、辣椒、血清、尿、发中砷、硒含量;采用ELISA法、硝酸还原酶法、TBA法分别测定血清P53、BCL-2、NO、MDA水平。结果病区煤、土、玉米、辣椒中砷、硒含量显著高于非病区;病例组血清、尿和发砷、硒含量显著高于内、外对照组;病例组血清BCL-2水平显著高于外对照组,病例组、内对照组的血清MDA水平显著低于外对照组。结论陕南燃煤型砷中毒患者内、外环境砷含量增高,外环境硒含量偏高而内环境硒负荷适宜,其血清BCL-2水平增高,MDA降低,而P53、NO无显著变化。  相似文献

为提高大跨度双层桁架梁悬索桥的颤振性能,以主跨为1 700 m的杨泗港长江大桥为工程背景,通过节段模型风洞试验,分别研究了上中央稳定板、下稳定板、水平翼板以及组合措施对主梁颤振性能的影响,并通过将有效气动措施与主梁原有构件相结合的方法来减小传统气动措施带来的不利影响,针对最优气动方案,研究了阻尼比对主梁颤振性能的影响. 研究结果表明:原主梁断面在0° 和 +3° 攻角下发生了没有明显发散点的单自由度扭转软颤振,颤振临界风速分别为50.5 m/s和31.2 m/s;安装于上层桥面的上中央稳定板、下层桥面的下稳定板以及与人行道底部齐平的水平翼板均能不同程度地提高主梁的颤振稳定性;当把水平翼板与下层桥面的下稳定板组合后,主梁的颤振临界风速增长率可高达34%,在此基础上提出了将上层托架和人行道板加宽、并将下稳定板和检修车轨道相结合的最优气动方案;当扭转阻尼比由0.37%增加至0.52%时,主梁的颤振临界风速可提高11.9%,说明阻尼器可能对发生单自由度扭转软颤振的桥梁起到良好的抑振效果.   相似文献

Lanthanum-modified lead zirconate titanite (PLZT) piezoelectric ceramics has higher piezoelectric and dielectric properties compared with the common lead zirconate titanite (PZT) ceramics. These properties endue the cymbal hydrophones made of PLZT usually with stable performance but lower receiving sensitivity. In order to improve the sensitivity, through a static analysis on hydrophone we did some changes for the PLZT hydrophone by reducing the radius of the piezoelectric ceramics and sealing its boundary. Furthermore, ANSYS simulations were made, and the experiments for the improved PLZT hydrophone and the original one were carried out in water pool. The results show that the receiving sensitivity of the improved cymbal hydrophone made of PLZT is 3 -4 dB higher than that of the original, and that the frequency response still keeps flat within 18 kHz band.  相似文献

用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法研究了8例家兔内关穴区感觉及运功神经的来源。发现在注射侧的C_5—T_1脊神经节和C_7—T_1脊髓内有标记细胞,且标记细胞以C_8和T_1为最集中。在脊髓内,标记细胞位于前角外侧区或前角与侧角交界区(Ⅷ和Ⅸ层);在脊神经节内,标记细胞主要位于周缘区(占47.27%)。另外,还讨论了穴位相对特异性与穴区感觉及运动神经元的分布节段及其分布节段集中性的关系。  相似文献

Objective To study direct cortical electrical stimulation technique for the recording of motor evoked potentials under general anesthesia in central sulcus lesions. Methods The largest N20-P25 response was recorded from postcentral gyrus by intraoperative monitoring of cortical motor evoked potentials in 10 patients with intracranial lesions near or in the central area. The muscles of upper extremity in all patients were activated by delivering stimulus to cortical areas continuously. Moving the cortical electrodes forward, the largest P20-N25 response, SEP phase reversal,was obtained as a motor center stimulus. In this site of cortex, a short train stimulation elicited reproducible muscle action potentials that could be observed from the oscilloscope without averaging.Results MEPs can be recorded, pre- and post-operatively, without motor deficits of upper limbs in all patients.Conclusion This technique seems to be preferable for intraoperative localization of motor evoked potentials in central sulcus lesions under total intravenous anesthesia.  相似文献

Hybrid wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM)/time-division-multiplexing (TDM) ethernet passive optical networks (EPONs) can achieve low per-subscriber cost and scalability to increase the number of subscribers. This paper discusses dynamic wavelength and bandwidth allocation (DWBA) algorithm in hybrid WDM/TDM EPONs. Based on the correlation structure of the variable bit rate (VBR) video traffic, we propose a quality-of-service (QoS) supported DWBA using adaptive linear traffic prediction. Wavelength and timeslot are allocated dynamically by optical line terminal (OLT) to all optical network units (ONUs) based on the bandwidth requests and the guaranteed service level agreements (SLA) of all ONUs. Mean square error of the predicted average arriv-ing rate of compound video traffic during waiting period is minimized through Wiener-Hopf equation. Simulation results show that the DWBA-adaptive-linear-prediction (DWBA-ALP) algorithm can significantly improve the QoS performances in terms of low delay and high bandwidth utilization.  相似文献

Objective To explore the optimal primer ratio and concentration of asymmetric polymerase chain reaction (A-PCR) in producing hepatitis B virus (HBV) single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) for pyrosequencing. Methods A-PCR was carried out to generate HBV ssDNA with forward to reverse primers of different ratios (50 : 1, 100 : 1) and concentrations (13. 0 pmol/25μL and 0.14 pmol/25μL, 19. 5 pmol/25μL and 0. 21 pmol/25μL), and the product yield and quality were compared respectively. Results The forward to reverse primer ratio of 50 : 1 provided better yield and concentration of 19. 5 pmol/25μL and 0. 21 pmol//25μL generated a clearer band. Conclusion A simple and feasible method to produce HBV ssDNA for pyrosequencing in batch is established.  相似文献

目的 绞股蓝总皂甙 (GP)对小鼠S180 肉瘤及K562 细胞的抑制作用。方法 通过动物实验观察绞股蓝总皂甙对小鼠S180 肉瘤生长状况、肿瘤坏死面积 (TNA)与肿瘤总面积 (TTA)的比率、瘤周瘤内免疫活性细胞浸润状况及荷瘤小鼠脾脏的影响 ;通过细胞培养观察绞股蓝总皂甙对K562 细胞生长的抑制作用。结果 经重复实验证实 ,GP能显著抑制小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长 ,TNA与TTA的比率显著增加 ,瘤周尤其是瘤内淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润数量明显增加 ,荷瘤小鼠脾重增加、脾白髓数目增多、体积增大。同时证实 ,GP对K562 细胞株具有明显的生长抑制作用。结论 GP的抑瘤作用主要是直接杀伤瘤细胞 ,免疫活性细胞也发挥了一定作用  相似文献

A torque distribution strategy was designed by using fuzzy logic to realize the optimal control. Thevehicle load zones were dynamically divided into several zones by several torque lines to indicate the driversdemand and the high or low efficient operating areas of the diesel engine. The fuzzy logic controller withtrapezoid membership function and Mamdani rule reference mechanism was utilized. There are over 100 rulesused in this fuzzy-based torque distribution strategy which are sorted into four rule-bases. The fuel economyand acceleration tests were designed to test and validate the integrated starter/generator (ISG) bus perfor-mance using fuzzy-based torque distribution strategy. The fuel economy is improved 7.7% compared with therule-based strategy. Finally the road test results reveal that there is about 157% improvement of fuel economy.And the 0-50 km/h acceleration time is 9.5% shorter than the original bus.  相似文献

为研究冬季高速列车在积雪轨道运行时动车和拖车转向架区域的雪粒运动特性差异,采用欧拉-拉格朗日气固两相流方法,分别建立了动车和拖车转向架的风雪流计算模型,分析了转向架区域的雪粒运动特征和雪粒与壁面的撞击特性。研究结果表明:动车和拖车转向架区域的气流路径相似,气流主要由轮对后部卷入转向架区域,并绕两轮对旋转,拖车转向架区域回流引起的正压要大于动车转向架区域回流引起的正压;牵引电机通风时,转向架区域前后轮对周围回转气流比不通风时明显增多;牵引电机的排风使动车转向架区域的雪粒逗留时间由不排风时1.10 s增加到1.13 s,不利于雪粒流出转向架区域;雪粒更易进入拖车转向架区域上部空间,在相同时间内拖车转向架捕获的雪粒比动车转向架多42.8%;动车转向架区域除轴箱外,其后部部件捕获的雪粒少于前部部件,拖车转向架区域除轮对外,其后部部件捕获的雪粒多于前部部件;牵引电机出风口处的气流会增加转向架前部区域部件上的撞击雪粒,减少转向架中部区域部件上的撞击雪粒;牵引电机排出的部分气流会形成绕车轮的旋转气流,使转向架底部更多的雪粒卷入转向架区域,导致撞击到前部轴箱和制动部件上的雪粒分别增加了20%和17%;转向架的雪粒入射区域主要分布在受到车底来流直接冲击的部位和受到转向架后部回流冲击的部位。   相似文献

A sensitive and reliable liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) method was established to simultaneously quantitate four categories of compounds (isoflavonoids, flavonoids, alkaloids and saponins) in Gegen-Qinlian decoction (GQD). These compounds were separated by a Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 column with a linear gradient consisting of 0.1% (v/v) formic acid in water (A) and 0.1% (v/v) formic acid in acetonitrile (B), and delivered at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. All the analytes were determined by electrospray positive ionization tandem mass spectrometry in a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Linearity, accuracy, precision, recovery and stability of the method were evaluated with the validation over the range of 4.0-538 5 ng/mL. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a Chinese herbal preparation GQD successfully.  相似文献

负压治疗对犬缺血肢体自由基损伤保护的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 观察负压治疗 (NP)对实验性缺血组织自由基损伤的保护作用。方法 采用切断犬股动脉分支 ,动脉腔内置入螺旋状金属丝的方法 ,在两周内复制出肢体动脉闭塞性病变的动物模型 ;对动物模型进行 8~ 10d的负压治疗后 ,采集模型建成及治疗前后的静脉血样 ,分别测定血中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量及超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活性并进行分析比较。结果 组织缺血后 ,LPO含量显著升高而SOD活性显著下降 ,二者与缺血前正常时相比较具有显著差异 [(35 .5 94± 10 .75 3)vs.(2 4 .80 0±9.0 11) μmol·L-1,P <0 .0 5 ;(10 3.90 0± 4 5 .82 1)vs.(15 7.2 5 2± 17.4 5 1)kU·L-1,P <0 .0 1];经 8~ 10d的负压治疗后 ,LPO含量明显下降而SOD活性显著升高 ,可恢复到模型建成前水平。对照组未经负压治疗 ,患肢静脉血中测得的LPO含量持续升高 ,SOD活性持续下降 ,与治疗组相比具有显著差异[(4 0 .0 0 0± 12 .5 4 3)vs.(2 4 .6 6 0± 4 .396 ) μmol·L-1,P <0 .0 1;(114 .4 94± 2 8.70 2 )vs.(16 6 .0 4 0± 34.72 1)kU·L-1,P<0 .0 5 ]。结论 肢体缺血后 ,局部组织的脂质过氧化反应增强 ,自由基清除能力下降 ,引起或加重组织损伤 ;肢体负压治疗可明显减轻脂质过氧化反应 ,增强自由基的清除能力 ,改善局部代谢状态 ,减?  相似文献

考虑到多刚体系统动力学研究方法在建模及计算方面的局限性,将有限元法引入到机车车辆/轨道大系统的垂向耦合振动研究中来.为了真实模拟在轨道上不同位置的轮轨接触关系,用有限元参数二次规划法求出了轮轨等效接触刚度曲线,建立了统一的机车车辆/轨道耦合系统.通过建立系统的有限元分析模型,利用精细时程积分算法求解系统振动方程,分析研究了机车车辆在无限长轨道上运行时,在轨道不平顺激扰下,轮/轨间相互作用力、机车车辆/轨道系统中各部件的振动加速度及位移变化规律.研究结果表明,该方法不但可行,而且具有其它传统方法无可比拟的优越性.  相似文献

以基于SVPWM控制的电动汽车永磁同步电机驱动系统的制动工况为研究对象,重点对电机的两种制动方式(基于电机损耗控制的制动和再生制动)、两种制动方式在系统中的综合运用进行了分析,并提出了一种新的基于电机损耗控制的制动方法,它综合考虑了电机的铜耗和铁耗.通过仿真对比分析,指出再生制动性能最好,新的制动方式比只考虑铜耗的制动方式性能好,因而更适合在不能采用再生制动的场合运用.总结了新的制动方式的控制电流与电机制动转矩、转速及电机定子电阻和铁耗等效电阻的关系.  相似文献

Kinetics of municipal sewage degradation in Expanded Granular Sludge Bed (EGSB) and Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactors at 10℃ were investigated via continuous experimental equipments. The results indicated that the whole reaction process can be simulated by the first-order dynamic equation model. Dynamic parameters such as k, Vmax and Ks of UASB in hydrolysis acidification stage were 1.08 d-1, 2.8 d-1 and 372 mg/L comparing to those of 1.18 d-1, 3.5 d-1 and 112 mg/L in the methanogenesis stage respectively. The EGSB's k, Vmax and Ks were 2.91 d-1, 14.3 d-1 and 470 mg/L in the hydrolysis acidification stage comparing to those of 1.68 d-1, 6.6 d-1 and 103 mg/L in the methanogenesis stage respectively. Comparison of k values of the two stages in UASB and EGSB indicates that hydrolysis acidification stage is the controlling step for the whole reaction process of UASB, while methanogenesis stage is the controlling step in EGSB. Compared with UASB, municipal sewage treatment by EGSB at 10 ℃ can reach the same effluent requirement with lower retention time due to its effluent recirculation.  相似文献
