三维激光扫描技术已在隧道工程中得到广泛应用,但其内外业脱节、人工操作过多、实时性不足等问题日益凸显。文章结合工程实践,提出三维激光隧道扫描测算一体化技术方案,通过隧道设计模型录入、坐标里程解算、点云自动过滤、点云降采样与地物分离等,对点云进行特征值提取,得到兼顾规模、精度、效率的点云数据模型;通过点云与设计、点云与点云的对比解算,得到隧道工程质量安全相关成果。该技术方案在某铁路隧道工程中进行实践,可将内外业工作总时间缩短至20 min以内,自动化程度高,成果精度好,具有很好的推广价值。  相似文献

为了满足人们对高速公路服务区功能多元化需求,支撑高速公路服务区可持续发展,本文探索了“服务区+旅游”概念,从地理位置、自然资源、文化资源、产业资源、车流量多维度分析了“服务区+旅游”特征,研究了新时期背景下“服务区+旅游”典型融合模式和单体服务区+旅游融合发展功能定位,并以莆炎高速(福州段)梧桐服务区为开展实证研究。结果表明:1)服务区+旅游典型模式宜划分为综合型、自然资源型、人文资源型、基本型四种;2)单体服务区+旅游融合发展应从区位因素、资源因素、经济因素进行功能定位;3)通过实践应用,福建莆炎高速梧桐服务区功能定位为综合型服务区。研究成果可以强化服务区社会效益,适当提高其经济效益,支撑高速公路服务区的可持续发展。  相似文献

National railways are typically large and complex systems. Their network infrastructure usually includes extended track sections, bridges, stations and other supporting assets. In recent years, railways have also become a data-rich environment.Railway infrastructure assets have a very long life, but inherently degrade. Interventions are necessary but they can cause lateness, damage and hazards. Every day, thousands of discrete maintenance jobs are scheduled according to time and urgency. Service disruption has a direct economic impact. Planning for maintenance can be complex, expensive and uncertain.Autonomous scheduling of maintenance jobs is essential. The design strategy of a novel integrated system for automatic job scheduling is presented; from concept formulation to the examination of the data to information transitional level interface, and at the decision making level. The underlying architecture configures high-level fusion of technical and business drivers; scheduling optimized intervention plans that factor-in cost impact and added value.A proof of concept demonstrator was developed to validate the system principle and to test algorithm functionality. It employs a dashboard for visualization of the system response and to present key information. Real track incident and inspection datasets were analyzed to raise degradation alarms that initiate the automatic scheduling of maintenance tasks. Optimum scheduling was realized through data analytics and job sequencing heuristic and genetic algorithms, taking into account specific cost & value inputs from comprehensive task cost modelling. Formal face validation was conducted with railway infrastructure specialists and stakeholders. The demonstrator structure was found fit for purpose with logical component relationships, offering further scope for research and commercial exploitation.  相似文献

Urban planners usually consider the transportation system and land use systems in different ways. The node place model is an analytical tool that explores the interaction between the transportation and land use systems in station areas in an urban region. The essential issue with the node place model is spatial. To address this issue, spatial indices are added to the model. Another purpose of this paper is to provide a procedure to identify the most effective transportation and land use dynamics in station areas. In this respect, canonical correlation analysis was conducted on data concerning Tehran’s subway stations. The resulting spatial indices have a fairly logical relationship with other transportation and land use indices, and it is useful to incorporate these indices in the node place model. The case studies demonstrated that a well-integrated, continuous and dense spatial configuration of the street network in station areas is associated with an increase in the variety and intensity of activities, an increase in the workforce and better accessibility for the station by attracting greater pedestrian movement. Additionally, these case studies indicated that to sustain a station area, the streets that exist in a station area and the streets that are connected to a station should be connected to the streets that locally benefit from well-integrated areas within fewer steps.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to show how vehicle positioning data collected through global positioning systems (GPS) or similar applications can be used in quality control programs of public transit operators to better assess the quality and performance of transportation services, and improve them. The paper describes the concept of the integration between quality control programs and vehicle monitoring systems, presents a case study where the concept has been successfully implemented, and discusses the benefits from the adoption of such an approach. The implementation of the concept is characterized by efficiency, accuracy, reliability, and optimization: efficiency in terms of data flow; accuracy and reliability in terms of quality and performance indicator values; and optimization in terms of optimum use of the available information technology infrastructure. The paper places particular emphasis on aspects relating to the interface between urban transportation services, vehicle positioning technology, and policy-making.  相似文献
