姑嫂树路跨铁路立交桥采用(70+116+70)m变截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,桥面宽32m。考虑其上跨11股铁路轨道,为保证施工期间铁路的运营安全并尽量减少对铁路的干扰,该桥采用转体法施工(转体重量达1.73万吨,转体角度最大为106°),并将中跨合龙段从桥跨正中向大里程方向移动9.25m。该桥主梁采用单箱五室截面;主墩采用m形墩,钻孔灌注桩基础;转体系统主要由承重系统、顶推牵引系统和平衡系统三大部分组成,球铰尺寸为4m(Z63号墩)和3.9m(Z64号墩)。采用MIDAS Civil 2011、MIDAS FEA等软件进行主梁、m形主墩、转体系统、横梁及桥面板静力计算,结果表明该桥的各项指标均满足规范要求。 相似文献

朱溪河右线大桥为(72+128+72)m三跨预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,梁部为单箱单室结构,主墩为变截面矩形空心墩,采用嵌固基础.主墩采用翻模法施工,并采取大体积混凝土防开裂施工措施;梁部施工采取在主墩墩顶托架上浇筑O号块,利用轻型挂篮从O号块向两侧对称悬臂浇筑各梁段,形成2个T构,同时在两侧桥台的支架上浇筑边跨现浇段,然后先中跨合龙,再边跨合龙形成连续刚构体系,其中预应力施工采用预应力管道真空辅助灌浆技术,施工过程中对主粱线形进行监控. 相似文献

广州市增城区新新公路跨广深铁路桥采用(114+96)m双幅预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥分幅跨越既有铁路。该桥主桥为塔墩梁固结体系,主梁采用单箱三室截面斜腹板变高箱梁,为平衡跨度不对称引起的不平衡重,主跨与边跨板厚采用不对称设计。桥塔采用顺桥向人字形独柱混凝土塔,桥面以上高31.0 m;斜拉索采用强度为1860 MPa的钢绞线拉索,单索面双排扇形布置;主墩采用矩形实体混凝土墩,群桩基础。采用转体过程角度控制图指导双幅桥同步转体施工,转体结构最大悬臂长114 m,设计转体吨位为3.2万吨。经验算,结构各项性能指标均满足设计要求。 相似文献

兴国县凤凰大桥主桥采用30 m+50 m+30 m变截面预应力混凝土梁拱组合结构,主墩墩高6.5 m,墩身采用实体薄壁矩形墩,两侧设拱脚支腿与主梁刚接。通过对该桥梁拱结合段主梁进行受力计算分析,分析该类桥型结构受力不合理的原因,并提出拱顶梁段底缘钢束配置优化方案,为今后设计同类型提供参考。 相似文献

对某跨径为55 m+100 m+100 m+55 m的山区连续刚构的主墩截面形式进行方案比选时,以施工便利为前提,选取等截面单肢空心墩和等截面双肢实心墩2种方案,从截面刚度、稳定性、经济性等方面作了比选研究。结果表明:在消耗同等工程量的情况下,单肢空心墩的整体刚度和稳定性要优于双肢实心墩。 相似文献

思剑高速公路乌江特大桥位于贵州省思南县境内,横跨乌江峡谷,主桥设计为116 m+220 m+116 m采用变截面预应力混凝土连续刚构箱梁,主墩高121 m,桥面至乌江水距离195 m,主桥位置地形险峻,施工环境复杂。施工中开展技术攻关,利用绞坡道解决材料运输问题,采用液压爬模方案解决高墩施工问题,研究了0#段自承法施工技术和利用挂篮施工边跨现浇段等技术。 相似文献

援马尔代夫中马友谊大桥主桥为(100+2×180+140+100+60)m混合梁V形支腿连续刚构桥。为适应桥址处特殊的珊瑚礁地质条件和恶劣的强涌浪深水海洋环境,主桥基础均采用高承台群桩基础。19号、23号主墩采用7根直径3.2~2.8m的变截面钻孔灌注桩,20~22号主墩采用7根直径3.6~3.2m的变截面钻孔灌注桩,桩基均按梅花形布置。19号主墩桩位处海床坡度较陡,选用高低桩方案,桩长98m和108m。23号主墩墩位地层中存在大型空洞,故该墩桩基穿过空洞区进入其下方稳定地层2倍桩径左右,桩长均为75m。20~22号主墩桩长分别为110,106,88m。各墩均设置六边形承台,承台厚度均为4.0m,承台顶面以上设置基座与V形支腿或主梁0号块相连。为提高单桩水平承载力,将钢护筒设计为永久结构,共同抵抗桩身弯矩。利用桩底后压浆处理提高桩基竖向承载力。 相似文献

Transient analysis of a linear model of a bus was performed. In the experiment the right front wheel of the bus rolled over a bump and one acceleration, two axil forces in the wheel suspension and two bending moments in the frame of the bus were measured. The different parts of the bus were modelled by uniform Rayleigh-Timoshenko beams and rigid bodies. This beam element has a uniformly distributed stiffness, inertia and viscous and/or hysteretic damping along its axis. The loading of the bus due to the bump was in the theoretical analysis modelled by a prescribed transient displacement of the model of the wheel. The fast Fourier transform technique was utilized. Fairly good agreement between calculated and measured values was obtained. 相似文献

采用通用汽车公司的快速老化程序RAT-A,分别在FOCAS燃烧系统及发动机上对催化剂在老化前和老化后的性能进行对比试验。结果表明,FOCAS燃烧系统能够对催化剂进行和发动机类似的老化。与发动机台架试验相比,FOCAS系统有明显的优点,如严格地控制空燃比使其变化幅度很小、空燃比稳定运行的范围宽、活动部件少及易操作等。 相似文献

In this article a theoretical investigation of the dynamics of a railway bogie running on a tangent track with a periodic disturbance of the lateral track geometry is presented. The dynamics is computed for two values of the speed of the vehicle in combination with different values of the wavelength and amplitude of the disturbance. Depending on the combinations of the speed, the wavelength and the amplitude, straight line forward motion, different modes of symmetric or asymmetric periodic oscillations or aperiodic motions, which are presumably chaotic, are found. Statistical methods are applied for the investigation. In the case of sinusoidal oscillations they provide information about the phase shift between the different variables and the amplitudes of the oscillations. In the case of an aperiodic motion the statistical measures indicate some non-smooth transitions. 相似文献

The dominant vertical motions of a simple vehicle traveling on a flexible periodic guideway is investigated. The mathematical model leads to a state equation with periodic coefficients and periodically jumping states. The aim of the paper is the dynamic analysis of the vehicle-guideway system with respect to stability, guideway deflections and vehicle accelerations. As alternative to the common simulation technique, the analytical solution based on Floquet theory is applied. Both methods are implemented in a computer program and used to perform a detailed parameter study which shows the dependence of the dynamical system behavior on the nondimensional system parameters. 相似文献
