为实现瞬态空燃比精确控制,提出基于小波网络逆系统的复合预测控制策略。利用小波网络辨识空燃比系统逆模型,实现对瞬态空燃比系统中进气量的动态前馈补偿,并将该逆系统与原系统串联构成一伪线性系统,然后结合动态矩阵控制对系统的扰动、误差等进行修正,实现对非线性、时滞、时变的瞬态空燃比系统的预测控制;最后利用瞬态工况试验数据进行仿真,并与台架试验数据进行对比,结果表明小波网络逆模型能高精度地逼近空燃比瞬态过程,结合动态矩阵控制可提高系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,该复合预测控制策略能实现、也适合发动机瞬态工况空燃比的精确控制。 相似文献

发动机电子控制单元ECU对空燃比的控制是通过燃油喷射的控制来完成。发动机工作时,ECU从传感器获得空气流量等信号,计算喷油量,从而使混合气空燃比达到预先设定的最佳值。发动机工作时,如果进气系统和燃油供应系统发生故障,都会造成混合气空燃比失调。文中应用丰田皇冠3GR-FE发动机运行的仿真数据,对于上述原理进行论述。 相似文献

为了解决进气管喷射汽油机在瞬态工况的空燃比控制问题,针对现有的发动机平均值模型,讨论了其中的油膜模型和油膜补偿器模型存在的问题和原因,建立了能直接用于微控制器的离散化油膜模型以及相应的油膜补偿器模型,用Matlab/Simulink对补偿效果进行仿真研究。结果表明,该模型能很好地补偿发动机瞬态工况的喷油量,把空燃比误差控制在允许的范围内,使发动机的动态响应更加迅速和平稳。 相似文献

An experimental research platform based on a dynamic testbed is developed and applied for fuel cell hybrid powertrain integration
and control. A driver brake model is added to the dynamic testbed to simulate the braking process of an electric vehicle.
Sub-systems of the fuel cell hybrid powertrain are tested, and characteristic parameters are obtained. A simulation platform
is constructed in LabVIEW environment, and its validity is verified by dynamic test results. A real time control system is
developed with an embedded PC for the function of rapid control prototyping. Using this platform, fuel cell battery hybrid
and fuel cell supercapacitor hybrid configurations are investigated. This platform provides a powerful tool for fuel cell

The compressor of an automotive proton exchange membrane fuel cell requires severe dynamic performance under normal driving patterns. Because the air flow demand of the automotive fuel cell requires steep increase/decrease, it is very important to understand the air flow trajectory of the centrifugal compressor to avoid the compressor surge. In this study, a simulation model of an automotive fuel cell system with a dynamic compressor was developed to investigate the proper trajectory of air flow rate on a performance map of an air compressor. The dynamic response of the compressor shows that the cathode inlet and exit valves have a significant effect on surge evolution. In particular, the results showed that a proper combination of valve opening areas is required to avoid compressor surge. In this study, the original two valve approach was reduced to a single cathode exit valve control with fixed cathode inlet orifice. A surge rejection algorithm was also developed, based on the comparison of surge protection envelope pressure with actual measured pressure. The results show that surge evolution is effectively avoided by controlling the cathode exit valve. 相似文献

Stringent regulations on exhaust emissions and fuel economy for vehicles have become major issues in the automotive industry. Hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) are one of the crucial alternative plans to current conventional vehicles, but they have drawbacks, which include increases in total hydrocarbon (THC) emission from the engine and deterioration of the combustion stability with frequent stopping and restarting of the engine. Intake port fuel film is evaporated up during the deceleration state due to the fuel-cut. The λ (relative A/F ratio) at engine restart is lean because part of injected fuel is used to form the fuel film in the intake port. This study revealed the behavior of a fuel film in engine stop with fuel-cut and in engine restart with a simulation model. To investigate the fuel film characteristics, a simulation model was applied and validated with a single-cylinder engine. The simulation result shows that λ of at least 1.2 is required for a stable engine restart. The minimum injection quantity of the first cycle for stable combustion is suggested to be at least 240% of the steady-state idle condition. 相似文献

利用车载全球定位系统(Global Position System,GPS)和地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)所提供的混合动力汽车未来一段预测路线上的道路交通信息、以及汽车当前运行状态模型,建立混合动力汽车在未来一段预测路线上的运行状态模型;以蓄电池荷电状态为系统状态变量,电动机/发电机转矩为决策变量,混合动力汽车等效燃油消耗量最低为优化控制目标函数,运用动态规划逆序算法,建立了中度混合动力汽车预测控制数学模型;研究了混合动力汽车转矩分配的最优控制方法,并就如何减少动态规划法的计算量进行了研究。文中给出了某混合动力汽车的最优控制计算实例结果。 相似文献

为了适应当前汽车运输企业的经营现状,通过建立燃油消耗统计模型,对燃油消耗量进行统计。以燃油消耗量为因变量,以影响燃油消耗的因素:周转量、客运量、车龄、驾驶员驾龄、平均车速、实栽率、行驶里程作为自变量,建立多元线性回归模型。通过拟合优度检验、F检验,判断其线性相关性,再运用逐步回归法优化统计模型,从而实现在知道有限数据信息的情况下,预测出该企业当月的车辆燃油消耗总量。将企业调研的实际统计数据代入统计模型计算的燃油消耗量,与实际统计燃油消耗量比较接近,而且统计过程得到简化。结合统计模型的研究方法开发了相应的统计软件。 相似文献
