针对某深水半潜式钻井平台,为其设计1套多点扩展式锚泊系统。采用数值方法计算船体与系泊系统耦合动力响应,并通过水池模型试验对计算结果进行验证。结果表明,在钻井作业与生存工况下该平台的最大水平偏移与系泊张力均满足规范要求。通过计算结果与试验结果的对比发现,由于水池试验采用等效截断方法低估了系泊缆绳本身的质量惯性与所承受的流体载荷,导致系泊张力的计算结果略大于实验结果。  相似文献

随着海洋平台逐步向更深水域的发展,系泊系统设计成了深海平台开发的关键问题之一.该文主要采用时域计算方法对系泊系统进行动力响应分析,给出了深水半潜式平台系泊系统的基本设计方法,并对2 000m水深的半潜式平台系泊缆索进行了8根与12根锚链线的系泊方案的对比分析,结果表明系泊方式不同,锚泊线的张力,系统的运动响应都受到了一定程度的影响.  相似文献

在台风等恶劣环境下,自升式平台在码头进行舾装、维修作业时极易发生碰撞事故,需要对其进行码头系泊。系泊方案一般采用中间垫靠驳船的方式。本文利用流体软件Fine/Marine计算平台的风、流载荷系数,结合系泊软件Orcaflex模拟了在台风状态下自升式平台码头系泊系统,通过给缆绳设置不同预张力和刚度,计算分析最终系泊缆绳受力和平台运动。结果显示施加预张力和增加缆绳刚度均能减小缆绳最终受力和平台运动幅度,而且增加刚度的效果好于增加预张力;每根缆绳预张力大小还应保证一致,更有利于系泊系统稳定性。所得结论对于自升式平台码头系泊方案设定具有重要意义。  相似文献

张力腿平台采用特殊的垂直系泊系统,属于半顺应半刚度式平台,平台主体-系泊系统-立管之间的耦合动力响应是张力腿平台设计的关键,直接影响平台的安全性和可靠性。文中首先采用数值模拟和模型试验相结合的手段对一座工作水深为500m的张力腿平台运动响应和系泊特性进行了对比验证,模型缩尺比为1:40,试验在上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室进行,数值计算采用SESAM软件。在试验验证的基础上重点对一腱断裂的前、后平台水动力性能进行了对比分析,重点关注有义波高、特征周期以及浪向角等因素对六自由度运动响应以及张力腿张力特性的影响。  相似文献

采用瞬态时域分析方法研究1座深水半潜式钻井平台内波作用下的耦合动力响应,对原系泊方案的内波流速极限承载能力进行预测,给出了工程改善措施并进行计算验证。结果表明:在内波作用于平台船体阶段,采用瞬态分析方法取得的平台最大水平偏移比采用常规时域方法获得的平台最大偏移大15%左右,而在最大系泊缆绳张力方面,瞬态分析结果比常规时域分析结果大10%左右。当内波流速达到3.5 m/s时,系泊缆绳将接连发生走锚,平台偏移也将迅速增大,但在整个过程中,不会发生系泊缆断裂。为提升系统对内波的承载能力,最有效的方法是调整锚泊布置方向,提升锚基础承载能力将增加系泊缆断裂风险,而降低部分系泊缆绳的预张力对提高系统整体安全性没有明显作用。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
