雷达隐身技术的应用是现代化水面舰艇发展的必然趋势,尤其是在现代探测与导弹技术不断进步的背景下,舰艇自身防御难度也加大了,舰艇雷达波隐身技术的应用受到各国海军的重视。文章以对水面舰艇RCS及雷达隐身技术的重要性分析为基础,构建了水面舰艇雷达波隐身设计体系,并重点探讨了外形隐身与雷达吸波材料隐身两种雷达散射截面减缩技术,以期为水面舰艇的雷达波隐身设计改进与完善提供参考。  相似文献

具有优良雷达波隐身性能的现代化水面舰船是各海军强国舰艇平台技术研究的重要发展趋势,以往国内舰艇的雷达波隐身技术虽已有初步应用,但层次还较低,舰船的隐身性设计未能形成自顶而下的组织管理体系,总体设计未能充分牵引系统、设备单位的雷达波隐身技术的研究。简要介绍国内、外雷达波隐身技术发展概况,通过对国内护卫舰雷达波隐身技术应用情况的分析,讨论雷达隐波身技术措施对总体设计的影响以及存在的有关问题,提出水面舰船雷达波隐身设计体系和流程,以及雷达波隐身设计和控制程序,并以此指导某型舰的总体设计,可为今后水面舰船开展雷达波隐身设计提供参考。  相似文献

由于探测水面舰艇的雷达性能不断提升,严重威胁了水面舰艇的生存能力,世界各军事大国正在研究如何将雷达隐身技术应用于水面舰艇。通过文献调研和动态跟踪发现,水面舰艇主要面临4类雷达探测威胁,而未经过隐身设计的舰艇的雷达散射截面很大。舰艇经过隐身设计后,在作战中能缩短敌方雷达探测距离,降低敌方目标识别能力,有效增强干扰效果,具有很强的战术意义。目前,水面舰艇主要通过精确的外形设计和隐身材料2种技术途径实现雷达隐身。  相似文献

舰艇隐身技术的目的是使舰艇的信号特征融合于环境背景中.有效降低敌方探测器的工作效能。隐身舰艇的概念一经提出.就受到各国海军的高度重视.许多国家的海军把保证舰艇隐身性置于和发展新型武器系统同等重要的地位。从上世纪90年代开始.西方国家设计的每一型水面舰艇都在一定程度上考虑了隐身性能。从上世纪80年代末开始,中国海军水面舰艇的发展进入了快车道.对水面舰艇隐身技术的研究也在这一时期开始.并在随后建造的各型驱逐舰,护卫舰上不同程度地采用了隐身技术。经过15年的发展,我国的水面舰艇已完成了从非隐身到初步隐身化的跨越,走在了世界水面舰艇隐身技术的前列。[编者按]  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
