北部湾海域是生态重点监护海域,为了提高对海洋污染实时监控性能,进行北部湾海洋船舶污染实时监控系统设计。系统采用双16位定点DSP作为核心控制芯片,对海水进行实时取样,对取样的海水通过视觉分析和化学分析双重分析方法进行污染检测。系统的硬件模块主要分为AD采样模块、污染物质检测控制模块、上位机通信模块和人机交互模块等,设计MUX101程控驱动模块进行海洋船舶污染的报警控制,在嵌入式内核下进行监控系统的软件开发设计。实验测试分析结果表明,采用该系统进行北部湾海洋船舶污染监控,对污染物质检测的准确性和实时性较好。  相似文献

针对现有船用增压锅炉点火和火焰检测装置无逻辑保护功能,容易误操作的问题,提出了基于PLC的改进设计方案。利用PLC技术代替传统继电器控制回路,以逻辑保护模块为核心,将系统分为正常点火回路、应急点火回路、炉膛火焰检测回路、空气夹层火焰检测回路和报警回路;提出PLC配置方案和实现逻辑保护功能的方法;利用该方案研制新型增压锅炉点火与火焰检测装置,初步应用表面新装置大大减少船员的劳动量,提高系统的安全性和可靠性。  相似文献

为了降低现有船舶报警系统的实际运行负荷,基于单片机设计了船舶通用型风险报警系统。制备船舶设备信号采集器,利用单片机和芯片组,组成采集器中央控制区,提取并分析当前设备运行信息,搭配光电隔离技术,保证信道光电输出的恒定性,以逻辑输出型传感器为核心,设计系统报警器,通过温度模拟传感器和无线传输模块,与信号采集器电路之间形成信号数据通信和控制,开发环境数据通信程序和报警检测程序,驱动系统核心硬件,通过CAN总线网络协议,以报文的形式传递中央控制指令,实现风险报警。实验数据表明,该风险报警系统,常态驱动下运行负荷同比下降了42%左右,风险驱动下运行负荷降低了47%,可以有效降低报警系统运行负荷。  相似文献

针对传统的船舱温度临界报警系统,由于温度监控不到位导致报警不及时的问题,提出一个基于单片机的船舱温度临界报警系统设计。该设计将单片机作为核心控制硬件,控制系统整体电路。同时设计数据采集模块,利用温度测量仪测试船舱温度,传感器将数据置换成电信号,并以数据帧的形式将结果发送到报警模块,检测温度信号波幅,进行报警处理,至此报警系统设计完毕。实验结果表明,所设计的报警系统对于温度的监测结果更准确,报警率提高了38.55%。  相似文献

正0引言近日,某货船在澳大利亚某锚地接受PSC检查时,因救助艇艇机存油量不足,被开出代号为99的缺陷,要求其在规定时限内提供材料证明救助艇艇机的存油量满足SOLAS公约最少要求,若不满足将被滞留。经过现场测量,救助艇油箱内的油量约为42 L,约占油箱容积的80%,船上未存放备用燃油。船员根据经验和习惯,认为救助艇油箱的燃油充足,从未考虑过存油是否达到SOLAS公约要求[1]。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
