针对肯尼亚珊瑚礁灰岩地区某水工项目钢管桩原设计收锤标准与施工情况不符的问题,进行新收锤标准下沉桩规律的研究,采用海利公式理论计算、高应变试验及锚桩法静载荷试验方法,并结合项目1440根基桩的实际沉桩工作,得出钢管桩在珊瑚礁灰岩地区的推荐收锤标准:1)珊瑚礁灰岩地区钢管桩沉桩施工时收锤控制推荐采用贯入度控制为主、设计桩尖高程为辅的原则; 2)打入式开口钢管桩施工,采用锤芯质量20 t、锤芯跳高1. 2 m时,φ1 200 mm×12 mm、φ1 200 mm×18 mm、φ1 200 mm×24 mm钢管桩推荐收锤贯入度分别为12~18、7~10、4~8 mm/击。对肯尼亚珊瑚礁灰岩地区钢管桩沉桩施工具有指导作用。 相似文献

坦桑尼亚某水工项目桩基施工采用直径800和1 000 mm两种类型的PHC桩,针对不同桩靴形式的基桩穿透性能进行研究。从桩尖形式、桩靴长度、钢桩靴与PHC桩连接方式对PHC桩沉桩总锤击数、贯入度变化进行统计,结合不同桩靴形式在相同地质条件下的贯入度、桩身应力、能量等参数进行对比。结果表明,外突十字桩尖PHC桩穿透性能最强;桩靴长度增加其基桩穿透能力增加,但桩靴长度大于5 m时,其基桩穿透能力增加不明显;钢桩靴与PHC桩法兰盘采用斜角坡板焊接能减少沉桩过程土阻力,基桩贯入度较大,更易穿透至设计高程。 相似文献

东非坦桑尼亚达累斯萨拉姆港码头项目地处珊瑚礁砾砂岩地区,采用PHC桩作为桩基础,桩径分别为800 mm和1 000 mm。通过珊瑚礁砾砂岩的土工试验和不同桩径PHC桩沉桩规律研究,得到珊瑚礁砾砂岩碎屑的PHC桩-土界面峰值摩擦角和残余摩擦角值。通过总结2种桩径各200根基桩的沉桩规律,得到桩靴长度为1.5 m的φ800 mm和φ1 000 mm PHC桩进入强风化珊瑚礁砾砂岩深度及沉桩规律;珊瑚礁砾砂岩地区φ1 000 mm PHC桩比φ800 mm PHC桩穿透能力强,φ1 000 mm PHC桩宜采用高程控制为主、贯入度为辅的终锤标准,而φ800 mm PHC桩可采用高程和贯入度双控进行沉桩施工。研究结果可为该地质条件下PHC沉桩施工及理论研究提供指导。 相似文献

由于缺乏海相密实碎石土持力层中钢管桩的工程实例及研究,依托秘鲁某港口工程,研究碎石土持力层中钢管桩的沉桩及承载特性。在国内开展模拟试验,获得模拟沉桩参数后,进行沉桩可打性分析及完善施工策划,随后在现场进行试沉桩、高应变和静载试验并测试侧阻力与端阻力。结果表明:开口钢管桩在进入密实碎石土持力层后,其承载力、单位面积侧阻力和端阻力将随入土深度增加而增大,但增大幅度会逐渐减小;但在进入持力层1 m后沉桩变得困难,此后碎石土的单位面积端阻力将逐渐稳定,其单位面积极限端阻力不小于10.5 MPa;钢管桩的端阻力主要由桩端阻力提供,土塞承载力提供的反力较小,开口管桩土塞系数取相对低值。 相似文献

东非某离岸式码头采用桩基结构,地质表层为较厚的软黏土,底层为风化泥岩,沉桩过程中桩尖无法贯入中风化泥岩层,桩基抗拔承载力存在风险。通过分析沉桩记录以及静载和动测试验,调整停锤标准,保证了后续施工的桩基满足承载力要求,并以试验方法研究强风化泥岩层的承载力。本工程在沉桩终锤要求和桩基承载力分析的经验上可供类似工程借鉴。 相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form. 相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues. 相似文献
